The room was clean and spacious, with a simple yet stylish decor. The mattress and duvet were very comfortable and thoughtful; they even changed to a lighter duvet for summer (which many hotels don't do), so it felt just like sleeping at home. The customer service was also excellent. When my daughter had her period, they kindly brought up some sanitary pads. We even received a small gift when checking out.

Check-in experience full score! The lobby is elegant, the room design is very stylish, and the facilities are complete and new. The breakfast is super rich, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is great. The front desk lady Xiao Jiang Xiao Song greeted her with a smile throughout the whole process, which was so intimate.

He also carefully introduced me to the hotel's facilities and surrounding food attractions, and the suggestions he gave were very practical. The location is great which is near the Fisherman's Wharf. A lot of good restaurants nearby. Also there is a night market (food only) within 10 minutes walking distance. The host is polite and responded quickly. I highly recommend this place to other Travellers.

I have to highly commend this hotel! It offers excellent value for money with complete facilities, including a gym and a pool. The outdoor pool isn't open yet, but I can tell it'll be incredibly comfortable once summer hits. The service was fantastic; Ann at check-in proactively provided amenities for my child and even gave us extra bottled water and a colorful fridge magnet as a small gift. These might seem like minor details, but they truly enhanced the overall service experience. The complimentary local snacks were also very generous and thoughtful.

The decoration is average, but very clean. The space is big enough. The mattress is not the kind of soft collapse, it is very comfortable to lie down, I choose the bed, sleep comfortably, and immediately stay for one more night. Air conditioning and curtains can be controlled by Xiaomi voice, air conditioning cooling effect is very good, especially praise the faucet, the water output is very large, I feel that the bath is a kind of enjoyment. Disadvantages: There is no hanger in the bathroom, and there is no place to put clean clothes and changed clothes. (Personally not used to putting clean clothes under the pool). The second and third floors are bath feet and ktv. The hotel is on the fourth and fifth floors. The soundproofing in the room is better, there is no noise at all, and the overall price is very high.

The front desk staff were very responsive and handled issues promptly. It met our expectations and offered great value for money. Plus, free parking was a huge bonus, saving both hassle and money!
