The hostess is incredibly kind and attentive.
The room was very clean.
There's a cafe on the first floor; the croissants and lemon tea are both delicious.
This morning, I went to Huanjia Breakfast Shop, which the hostess recommended. The fish porridge was amazing. I highly recommend it to both fish and porridge lovers. Remember to add extra choy and shredded ginger. The fish fillet is cooked like hot pot.

Llilei0315While the price was a bit high during the May Day holiday, it offered excellent value for money.
The hotel's location in the heart of the Xiqiao Mountain scenic area is perfect, especially for those traveling by car. You can drive directly onto the property. The hotel even proactively contacted us beforehand with instructions on how to enter the mountain, showing their truly attentive service.
The hotel grounds are beautiful and peaceful, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing vacation. Our children absolutely loved it as well.
The breakfast spread was a bit limited and could certainly be enhanced.

Location: Approximately 1.5 hours from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport by shuttle bus to Foshan Xiqiao Mountain. From Foshan West Railway Station, take bus 249 to Fangzhicheng stop, and walk for 7 minutes to reach the hotel. Very convenient and quick. Surrounded by large shopping malls, restaurants, and convenience stores.
Service: Warm and attentive service.
Check-out time is 2 PM.

The front desk service was friendly and efficient; they not only processed our check-in quickly but also provided detailed information on local eateries and helpful tips for navigating the area and avoiding common pitfalls. The room was clean and bright, the bedding soft and comfortable, melting away the day's fatigue the moment I lay down. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was superb, and the toiletries had a subtle, refreshing scent, making them very pleasant to use. What was even more delightful was that staff promptly replenished bottled water and toiletries every day – the attention to detail was exceptional. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering a wide variety of hot dishes, pastries, and fresh fruit, all with an authentic, delicious taste. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

GGuest UserI’m so happy to visit Echarm hotel again as it’s my favourite hotel in this area especially it’s my Dad’s Birth Place. It’s as good, friendly & well though through with all the free amenities, super friendly staffs, calm & tasty deco & nice scenery when I open the window in the morning seeing the lovely sunshine & the wonderful Hill scenery across. And the extra choice of neck friendly pillows are the most welcome surprise to give me a restful sleep. Can’t fault it again

GGuest UserI rarely review hotels, but this one is inexpensive and has a fantastic value for money. Free parking is available, and the parking lot is very large, including underground parking. The lobby is very nice, and a cool breeze blows in as soon as you enter. The room facilities are also quite good, with separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and the air conditioning is very cool. The front desk staff was also very friendly, introducing me to nearby attractions. Qiandeng Lake is also not far away, so you can walk there after dinner and enjoy a stroll. Overall, it's a good experience.

2205527****I needed a break on my way back from my trip to Foshan, and I chose this hotel at random. It was so comfortable! The lobby is artistic and sophisticated, the room is clean, the linens are neat and comfortable, the desks and bathroom corners are dust-free, the wet and dry areas are separated, there's a rotating makeup mirror, and the large windows offer a great view. It was a very comfortable stay. The facilities are also very comprehensive, with a gym, steam room, and swimming pool on the third floor, and a Cantonese restaurant for dinner on the second floor. The prices are very reasonable and the value is excellent. There's a cafe on the first floor where you can get lemon tea or coffee. The service was also excellent, with helpful tips on nearby attractions. Thank you to the front desk lady for upgrading me to a room with a view! The city and mountain views are stunning! They even offered a bottle of mineral water upon check-out. It was supposed to be a quick stop, but it turned out to be a wonderful little surprise. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm back from Hong Kong!
