The room was very spacious, with plenty of room! Huazhu Hotels (H World Group) brands never disappoint! Right across from the hotel, there are so many delicious restaurants – you could eat at a different one every day for a week and still not try them all. It's incredibly convenient, and Qinghui Garden is right next door.

The service was excellent throughout my stay. The reception staff 🥰 Miss 植敏霞 and everyone were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They made me feel welcome and were always ready to assist with any request. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would happily recommend this hotel.lovely thank you gift from the hotel . This time, I got a complimentary room upgrade, which was a nice touch. Just a 5-minute walk from the hotel is Florence Town Outlet, perfect for families who want to shop without any hassle. The hotel's overall decor is grand and stylish, with a spacious and bright lobby. The facilities are top-notch, including a complimentary 24-hour gym, self-service laundry room, and multi-functional business meeting rooms. The breakfast buffet on the second floor offers a wide variety of fresh and delicious food. The front desk service was professional and efficient, and both check-in and check-out were handled quickly. The room was comfortable and cozy, with soft bedding, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. Whether you're transiting via high-speed rail or enjoying a leisurely shopping trip at the outlets, this is a top accommodation choice. I had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be back. If you are looking for a high-end experience without the steep price tag, this is the perfect spot. It is located right next to the Marriott Hotel, and the layout feels remarkably similar. You’re getting a very comparable room setup but at a much more affordable rate. The room was spotless. The room was surprisingly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and work without feeling cramped.

Both the concierge and front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Since it was my birthday, I had a few special requests, and the staff remembered them all and executed them perfectly. 🎂 Birthday perks: For my dad's birthday, they arranged a room with a balcony. The room decoration was very thoughtful, and they even kindly offered complimentary breakfast, which wasn't originally included – truly heartfelt generosity. 🌃 Room: The riverside balcony is an absolute winner My favorite part was definitely the balcony! It offers unparalleled views directly overlooking the river. During the day, you can watch the shimmering waves, and at night, the twinkling city lights. Sitting on the balcony and feeling the breeze was incredibly therapeutic. After checking out, I realized I'd forgotten something, and they kindly arranged for it to be couriered to my home. Kitty and Ms. Wu – truly memorable service! I chose this hotel after seeing positive reviews, and although I initially planned to stay just one night and try another place, the service was so exceptional that I extended my stay for another night! The service, views, and attention to detail were all top-notch. This was an absolutely flawless stay.

I took my child out for Children's Day. Facilities: To be honest, the play facilities are a bit old, but there are many food options inside, and the prices are cheaper than X-Long. We chose the stargazing room, and my child loved it, but I hope the cleanliness can be improved. Some hidden corners weren't cleaned properly, and there was a lot of dust in the room. The hotel package included access to the amusement park, but many facilities required additional payment, which felt a bit like a rip-off. What I did enjoy was the swimming and hot springs. It feels like Changlu really wants to be a resort, but perhaps due to the current economic downturn, it hasn't been able to maintain itself well. Overall, it was still an enjoyable trip. I hope Changlu improves!
