MM22230****Booking the Grand View King Room at Orange Hotel was the best decision of this trip! The moment I walked in, I was absolutely stunned by the view outside the window – a giant Ferris wheel right before my eyes. Watching it slowly turn during the day was so therapeutic, and when it lit up at night, it was simply magical. Being able to enjoy such a romantic night view from bed made every photo I took feel like a professional shot.
The room itself was also impeccable. The American-imported King Koil mattress was incredibly soft and comfortable, paired with skin-friendly bedding, instantly melting away all travel fatigue. The room design was simple yet stylish, and the smart voice control for lights and curtains was super convenient. The bathroom, with its wet/dry separation, thermostatic shower, and POLA toiletries, felt luxurious and showed great attention to detail. The cleaning was thorough; there wasn't a speck of dust in any corner, and even the air had a faint, refreshing orange scent.
The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around and finding food. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, always ready to answer questions and proactively offer useful advice. From the view and comfort to the service, everything far exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and have already recommended it to all my friends!

Ssiko2022This is by far the best hotel in this location. The service is excellent, the price is reasonable, and the environment is lovely. The rooms are quite clean, and the breakfast is abundant. A special thank you to the Mercure staff, especially the lady who helped me with a late check-out. Highly recommended!

The service was exceptionally polite and enthusiastic from the moment I stepped in until I reached my room.
It's conveniently located near Fisherman's Wharf and shopping areas.
The soundproofing in the room is excellent; I barely heard any noise.
My only minor suggestion would be regarding the room's sound system. It's limited to TV casting for music, and the speaker on the voice control panel is tiny, so it doesn't offer a full-room audio experience. However, overall, my stay was very pleasant!

MM46704****I booked this for a friend, and based on their request and feedback, I absolutely have to give it a good review. Here’s what they said:
1. It's a guesthouse in a village, but with the hygiene standards of a chain hotel. It actually looks even better than the pictures, and I was very satisfied with my stay.
2. Although it's a bit out of the way, the owner provided daily shuttle service to and from the subway station, which was incredibly convenient. No matter when I wanted to go out, I just had to message the housekeeper on WeChat, and they’d immediately come downstairs to drive me to the subway. Even when I took the last subway back at 11:36 PM, they were still waiting at the station entrance.
3. It's quiet, the bed is very comfortable, the shower in the bathroom has great water pressure, and the toilet is smart.
If I ever get the chance to visit Guangzhou again, I’ll definitely go experience it myself.

XXinfeirenAlthough it's on a main road, it's surprisingly quiet, and right next to Wenhan Lake Park, which offers great scenery. The location is super convenient, just a 15-minute drive to Guangzhou South Station. The Simmons mattress is genuinely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Downstairs, there's a massage parlor with skilled therapists – perfect for relaxing after a tiring day. If you head west one intersection and then north over a footbridge, you'll find two chain restaurants specializing in authentic Foshan cuisine: Jufu Restaurant for genuine Shunde dishes, and not too far away, Pier 3 Seafood Restaurant.

This stay far exceeded my expectations, and the main credit absolutely goes to the two front desk staff members, Derrick and Kevin! From the moment I checked in, both of them displayed extreme professionalism and warmth. They patiently and meticulously answered all my questions, from room type preferences and parking directions to recommendations for local attractions. Their explanations were clear, well-organized, and incredibly thoughtful, without a hint of perfunctoriness.
During my stay, whenever I had a small question and contacted the front desk, Derrick was quick to respond and even proactively followed up on the resolution progress, which put me completely at ease. Kevin, on the other hand, always paid attention to details, actively helped with my luggage, and reminded me about weather changes. These small touches truly showed his attentiveness. Their service was not only professional and efficient but also delivered with genuine warmth, adding a sense of belonging to what could have been an unfamiliar journey.
The hotel's hardware facilities and environment were already good, but with excellent service staff like Derrick and Kevin, the overall experience was elevated significantly! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time and look forward to experiencing their exceptional service once more.

HHuwywo6200The Courtyard by Marriott is a Marriott-affiliated hotel. The lobbies for both hotels are on different floors—one on the first and the other on the second. It's a relatively new hotel, having opened in 2023. The rooms are spacious, bright, and comfortable, with single beds measuring 1.35 meters. The bedding is clean and cozy. The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Qiandeng Lake and Wanda Plaza, meaning there are plenty of dining options nearby. Plus, there's the Aeon bus service from Foshan to Shenzhen, which is quite convenient. All in all, I had a pretty good experience!

Laundry room Best, 4 dryer 4 washing machine and there is standing ironing. The fridge is not cold at all, so gotta ask for ice. The house keeping actually smoked in my room end up I had to spray the whole room with my perfume. I thought it is a non smoking room? There are restaurants within the building and there is a KTV room at level 7.

GGuest UserWe were very happy with the room. There are also plenty of dining options nearby if you don't want to eat in the scenic area or hotel. You can go across to the village from the hotel; there are convenience stores and restaurants within 100 meters. The toiletries in the room are a thoughtful touch, including toothbrushes and slippers for children. There's even an umbrella provided in the room, and a lovely garden-style balcony. The hotel service is superb! You can order takeout, and it gets delivered to the hotel's guardhouse. Just inform the front desk, and a staff member will kindly pick it up and deliver it to your room, so you don't have to get it yourself.
