Hampton by Hilton Dundee City Centre Reviews

Excellent choice for a business stay. Fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, quiet rooms and a very convenient city-centre location. Check-in was efficient, staff were professional, and everything worked as expected. A dependable hotel that makes business travel straightforward and stress-free.

I have few friends in Dundee. Mostly a day trip to see them. Occasionally staying over in Dundee city centre. But I have never stayed in this place before. The room I was given was very spacious with a panoramic town and River Tay view. Everything was so clean, large bathroom, comfortable bed. I have a morning routine of stretch exercise. Sometimes I cannot do that when I am staying in small hotel room. But Double Tree's room was big enough for me to enjoy morning stretch. Complimentary buffet breakfast was great. There is a pancake maker in the breakfast room. And not one, two pancake makers! Never seen anything like it at buffet breakfast setting. I made one for myself. Never used the maker before so the finishing pancake was not perfect but I enjoyed it. Staff were all friendly and attentive. I had a very good stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, very spacious rooms. The breakfast is good. 10 minutes walk from the city center.

Room as requested. breakfast ,service at desk great  Dispointed  with regards to disability parking not enough spaces at hotel car park had to park away from the hotel not the best in power weather

Easy to find . Good hotel car park .£10 for 24hours Great room . Big beds . Comfortable bed & pillows. Everything you need in the room . No fridge . Great shower . Perfect buffet breakfast . Easy walk into city centre . Truly excellent stay . Would 100% recommend !

Overall the hotel is very good. It is in a convenient area. The staff are nice and helpful. The free breakfast is good. The hotel is mostly clean. Our complaint was we came back at 4.40pm to find our room had not been cleaned. We rang up for fresh towels and no one came. We rang again and it still took a while to get them.

Good hotel, clean. The service was very pleasant. However, the coffee at breakfast wasn't very good, although it didn't spoil my overall impression of the hotel.

The hotel is neat and all the staff are very pleasant and helpful. I will surely come back to this hotel whenever I am in Dundee again

Breakfast was excellent. The room was nice, but the heating didn't work properly. It was freezing, after the second call they offered a separate room, but we declined since it was small. They provided an oil heater, but it wasn't sufficient to warm the room. Aside from that, the place and food were superb.

Great stay at Hampton by Hilton Dundee! The room was comfortable and clean, with a convenient location within walking distance of the train station. The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. A pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location and an outstanding desk officer, very helpful and friendly. For the staff, I would give even 7 stars if possible!

Satisfied  Nice atmosphere and great staffs Will definitely return 👍🏾

Great stay, clean and professional services. Watched England vs Norway

Good selection for breakfast , very clean rooms but our lobby on the 1st floor stank of dope. 5 min walk into the city centre to get some fresh air .
