No English tours and the tour guide was not addressing us, only Georgians and Russians.
Waste of time. No acces to the grounds, only the obstervatory. Long waiting times. No English guide. Rude guide.
Nice site
Rather a sad-looking place as its rusts, but fantastic for night skies and the location, even if one does not have access to the telescopes. Do visit.
