Waterfall was bone dry and seems like it has been dry for a long time - seems a scam people uploading pictures with water. Most interesting part of the visit to Alte was how big the donkeys (Balthazar...
No water!
It’s bone dry. Pretty village though. It may be lovely when there is water but the pool,is dry as is the river, and of course the falls.

Nice place to make, a nice balade, different landscapes to discover in Algarve with infinite oranges

Le village de Alte en Algarve vaut le détour. Il faisait très beau, une des 2 sources était tarie mais dans le bas du village, ça coulait bien. Quelques boutiques de produits locaux jalonnent les rue...
