    Great view of the sea

    The historic Mappila Bay can be viewed from St Angelo's Fort, or accessed by road. Today, this area is a fishing harbour. At sunset, the views of boats docked at the Bay can be quite pretty.

    A Natural harbour

    It is a natural harbor situated in Ayikkara Kannur town. One side of the Bay is Fort St. Angelo, built by the Portuguese in the 15th century and the other side is the Arakkal Palace. Great scenery
