Admission to the History Museum in the same place as the library is free. There are many materials from the post town, and you can learn that it was a post town on the Tokaido. Materials from the Meiji era are exhibited on the second floor.

I went to see it when the Hinamatsuri exhibition was on. As a permanent exhibition, there is an exhibition that shows the pond carp and inn on the Tokaido, and Chiryu folk materials are exhibited in an easy-to-understand manner, so I think that even children can enjoy it.

I am very satisfied with the history learning of both women and children

    Original Text

The permanent exhibition from the primitive of the Nishinaka ruins of Chitatsu to the end of the Edo period to the Meiji period of Roichi Naito, the Freedom and People's Rights Movement, is exhibited in a very easy-to-understand manner. You can enjoy it while looking at the history of Chiryu, while recalling the points of each era studied in social studies. Flowered at Ikegai-juku, the floats Bunraku and Karakuri are nationally designated important intangible folk cultural properties, and you can enjoy the high artisticity and the origin of Aichi's manufacturing technology. The parking lot is large, and the surrounding trees and adjacent libraries are fashionable and modern. ... to the patio

You can enter the museum for free. It is in the library. Inside, there are a lot of materials from the post town on the first floor, and there is a diorama, so it is a small museum for me, but I liked it. I was also interested in sample exhibitions such as meals eaten by daimyo. The main floor was common folk materials.
