In February 1912, after the fall of the Qing Dynasty, which ruled China for nearly three hundred years, the Prince of Purge fled from Beijing to Lushun. The Japanese military has turned the building into a Su Prince's Palace.

Originally a Russian villa, Prince Su fled from Beijing to Lushun in 1912 after the collapse of the Qing Dynasty. He lived in this Russian-style two-storey building and is now a garrison for troops.
