It's hard to climb.

I found an arrow heading to the observatory and climbed it with a casual feeling. The steep stairs continued, and it was harder to walk in the mountains than I expected. Long sleeves and long pants are recommended because the grass is overgrown.
It is a park with a campsite on the outskirts of Sabaeki Onsen. It is also available for BBQ. There was a park where playset was prepared, but it was written that it will be canceled now. A large parking lot is also available. The park was built along the river and the view of the waterfall was beautiful.
I drove to Hinoedagi Village, an unexplored region in Fukushima Prefecture. Select a route to enter from Niigata Prefecture. Lake Okutami on the Okutami Silver Line. From there, I went to Hinoedagi Village on the Numata Highway 352. There are narrow roads along the way, so if you are not confident in driving, you should enter from Fukushima Prefecture. Nakadoai Park is located along the highway. There is a free parking lot. It seems that you can cross the river to the observatory, but I gave up on a hot day. Hinoedagi Village also has hot springs. After passing through the town of Hinoedagi Village, there is a vast parking lot on the left before arriving at Mini Oze Park. There seems to be camping facilities, but my goal was the observatory here. From the observatory, you can see the whole view of Hinoedagi Village. The paved road continued until the middle, but immediately went to the stairs & slope. The number of stairs is 370 steps, but there are other slopes, so go up and go back about 1,200 steps.
