I drove to Hinoedagi Village, an unexplored region in Fukushima Prefecture. Select a route to enter from Niigata Prefecture. Lake Okutami on the Okutami Silver Line. After passing through the town of Hinoedagi Village, there is a vast parking lot on the left before arriving at Mini Oze Park. There seems to be camping facilities, but my goal was the observatory here. From the observatory, you can see the whole view of Hinoedagi Village.
