Wetlands registered under the Ramsar Convention
Original Text
It is a park overlooking Karanuma, the only Ramsar Convention-registered wetland in Ibaraki Prefecture. There is also a plaza where you can enjoy tents and hydrangeas that exceed 10,000 plants, so I wanted to visit again around June.

Kanuma, which is about 10 〜 15 minutes by car from National Highway 6, is a lake of about 22 km around which freshwater and seawater are mixed, and is a famous production area of Yamato Shijimi along with Lake Shinji (Shimane Prefecture) and Lake Juso (Aomori Prefecture). Many of the hydrangeas are located in the valley of hydrangeas, but the silver layer is a famous place for hydrangeas, because there is a slope and the stairs are uneven.

It was a very beautiful park for a walk, with a suspension bridge called Ito dragonfly bridge, a small mountain stream and a pond. The swamp is a fairly large swamp, the scenery is good, and it seems that you can get rid of the swamp. Visit ...
