It is a statue of Motochika Chosokabe's first team. He was a master general of Shikoku, unified Tosa and unified Shikoku, but later lost to Hideyoshi. It's cool to have a long spear and stand tall.

The approach to Wakamiya Hachimangu is maintained as a guardian forest park, but it is built in the middle of the guardian forest park. It's right in front of the parking lot, so if you drive, you'll know immediately. As with Wakamiya Hachimangu, transportation is poor around here. I think the nearest bus stop is in front of Nankai Junior High School, but it is about 10 minutes walk from there. We recommend going by car. ...
