Too noisy and focused on workers
I have stayed here a number of times. Today it seems its set up for workers who come home and mow their lawns just when you are trying to relax around 4pm. This is why free camping is a better option....

$15 for non powered site, great and clean facilities camp kitchen/toilet showers, short walk to Royal Hotel awesome atmosphere and IGA across the road, lovely experience!

No longer free camp
Please note this is no longer a free campsite at the Travellers Rest. Once you camp on the grass it is apparently the caravan park & you need to pay
