Lopburi

As an ancient city in Thailand, Loburi was the capital of the Ayutthaya Dynasty. First, it was the capital of Luohu Kingdom, and later the Khmer Jimei people rose up and built their capital here, called Rau City, which was the cultural and religious center at that time. It was later destroyed by the Sukhothai Dynasty. There are many places of interest in the city, including Prang Sam Yot, also known as Bang San Yu Pagoda, which was built when the Khmer people built their capital. Other monuments include the old palace and guest house built by King Panalai in the 17th century, Watmanila Chunkan Buddhist Temple, ancient fortresses and city gates, Paizhaohawu, Ranlaniyu Palace, Brahman Temple and so on.
