Lighthouse
Right off the main road. It’s a short walk, and provides nice views. If you’re in the area, it’s worth the stop, but I wouldn’t go out of your way.
Worth 15 minutes of your time
Went for a walk to the lighthouse after having dinner across the street at the Village Inn. Finished it up with ice cream at the Mackinac Double Decker.
Nice easy walk, interesting history
Nice easy walk out to lighthouse. Read the plaques that describe the interesting history of the jetty. Small splash pad for kids.
Bug spray will be your friend!!
Beautiful lighthouse. Free on street parking. Have bug spray handy!!!!! Short boardwalk to get there with a human sundial on the way!
Well kept boardwalk out to the lighthouse
We parked at a nearby park and walked to the boardwalk and out to the lighthouse. Boardwalk is well maintained. There’s a small splash pad for kids there. Pet friendly. Nice relaxing walk after ...
