    Original Text

Elementary schools were established in various places in the Meiji period, but schools (restoration) that the cost of 4 was paid by donations by local people. Next to it is a magnificent school building of an closed elementary school, which is the result of the school integration in the name of depopulation. There is a room where the master Chohachi Irie shakes his arm. Goro Yamada's colored paper was impressive.

    Nostalgic scenery

    Original Text

It was a place that made me feel very nostalgic for me who grew up in the Showa era. Small desks were lined up in a small classroom in a wooden school building, and I was immersed in memories that I spent my elementary school days in such a place. The white sea bream wall and the splendid pine trees matched very well. After giving a polite explanation, you will sit on a small desk at the end of the hall and take the exam. Meiji retro building of Namako wall

    Original Text

It is a school built in the Meiji era in Matsuzaki Town, which is said to be the last unexplored region of Izu. Inside, the state of the principal's room and classroom is exhibited with dolls, and you can feel the atmosphere of that time. The fusuma painting "Senbazuru" by Chohachi Irie was also spectacular.

The appearance of the Namako wall is wonderful.

    Original Text

It is a nationally designated important cultural property and is worth a visit. It's a little far from the city of Matsuzaki Town, but I definitely want you to go there.

Retro Museum of precious Namako wall

    Original Text

I like the retro building, so I stopped by before returning from Shimoda City to Tokyo. The building was better than I had imagined. Not only the exterior but also the interior is wonderful. Especially the room used for sewing. A picture of a thousand cranes on the blue wall. It's another story if you needed to make it that good. Just being here will heal you. Classes are reproduced in the classroom. A child like Oshin also attended this school. Private school where rich children are likely to attend ...
