    Great bike/running path

    Long and flat. Smooth asphalt. A few road crossings and a small visitor center with nice restrooms. Free to access. Really enjoyed the run. I covered ten miles in total.

    Shady paved walking/biking trail that is well maintained by the park system.

    A very good pet friendly walking trail complete with poop bag stations and trash cans. Shady and bicycle friendly. Beware that traffic does NOT stop at the cross walks!
