Great hike but not really a nice castle

I really enjoyed the hike up to the castle. It's an easy hike but just really peaceful. The castle has 3 floors. It's abandoned and I felt a little creepy at first but the moment I went up I felt so ...

    walking.

    Original Text

I used it for a walk on a sunny day. Is it a nursery school in the neighborhood? A small child was playing. There are animals, so you can enjoy it even if you come with your child.

Rather than castle ruins, observatory and park

    Original Text

There is a library, playset and a small zoo at the entrance. There is no noticeable remnants as there is an observatory that imitates a castle and a corner turret. If you climb a gentle but long slope, you will find an observatory. You can overlook the city of Mino in the south and the Nagara River from the north to the west. Especially the Nagara River felt the width of the river. Even though I went there on Saturdays and Sundays, there were no people and time was flowing slowly. I think it is a little-known spot for observatory cherry blossom scenery lovers.

there's a stone wall on a small mountain.

    Original Text

The top of the small mountain is the site of the main enclosure, and there is now an observatory, overlooking the cityscape of Mino. The square below is the site of Ninomaru, and the library is the site of Sannomaru. Birds such as peacocks are kept like zoos in Kokura Park, and you can visit them for free. The fruits are fruitful in "Yamaboshi" near the entrance of the parking lot, and you can eat them deliciously.

    Original Text

About 20 minutes walk to the top, there is an observatory that imitates the castle and overlooks Mino City. There is Kokura Park at the foot, with playset and a small zoo.
