it's the ninomaru gate.
Original Text
From the instruction manual, a moat was formed by earthworks at the gate that hits the north exit of Ninomaru. It seems that it was made with considerable care.
I found it when I took a walk around the ruins of Mito Castle in October. It is a new gate restored in 2015. Although it is a picturesque castle gate, I personally recommend the Yakuimon (a building from the Azuchi Momoyama period) at Mito Daiichi High School.
It is a gate at the north exit of Ninomaru of the former Mito Castle. If you go along the Mito Gakudo Road, you will find Sugiyamazaka, and there is a rebuilt gate right next to it. It's not very spectacular because there is only a gate. Let's see it in one set with Sugiyamazaka.

It is a gate that suddenly appears on the sidewalk. It's not that big. It is said to be the north exit of Ninomaru. There was an explanation nearby.
