"Kukai saw the sea closer!"
Original Text
There seemed to be a lot of highlights around Cape Muroto. I didn't expect there to be a cave, but it was probably trained in the cave because it was written on the stone monument as "the place of Kobo Daishi training". Grace, the explanation board in front of the cave had a word that was interesting, "Kukai saw the sea closer !?"
The place where Kobo Daishi practiced and became the name of Kukai

There are two caves in the back of the gravel square, which is said to have been trained by Kobo Daishi Kukai, and is not leveled. On the left is "Mikuro Cave" and on the right is "Shinmei Cave". It seems that the right side was a training place and the left side was a living place. The gravel square is not divided, but it seems possible to use it as a parking lot. You can also come by putting your car in the parking lot at the tip of Cape Muroto and walking along the walking path of Cape Muroto's coastline.
It is a cave that is said to be the place of Kobo Daishi training in Cape Muroto, Kochi Prefecture. There was no staff at the parking lot and admission fee. It wasn't as deep as a cave, and I was able to enter without a helmet. It's said to be a place related to Kobo Daishi, but nothing was very interesting.
The inside of the Mikuriya Cave is closed and cannot be entered at present. The Sutra delivery office is only on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. I was impressed that I was able to visit Kobo Daishi Kukai as a place where Meisei woke up.
Mikuriya Cave is said to have been a place where Kobo Daishi and Kukai practiced, and is a popular cave as a power spot. The view from the inside is only the sky and the sea, so it is said that Ambassador Kobo called himself "Kukai." Currently, there is a danger of falling rocks and you cannot go inside, so you just have to tour from the outside.

All the way.
