Head to the Everglades for a thrilling air boat ride and get a chance to see the swamp-dwelling creatures. This 30-minute tour will take you through one of America's sparsely populated areas. This area has remained largely untouched by humans to this day. Alligators rule here, and the waters are full of wildlife, so there's a lot to see. There are Everglades airboat tours every 30 minutes, but if you want to see alligators, go before 10am for a better chance of seeing them. Air boats can reach 45 mph, so it's not just the wildlife you see in the water that excites you, but also the speed. Although alligators dominate here, there are still many other wild animals that can be seen. Remember to bring your camera, there will also be turtles and colourful water birds, as well as beautiful cypress trees waiting to be discovered.
