Baiyuan Pond

Baiyuanchuanchi is in Licheng District. Quanzhou ancient Luocheng, Zicheng and other cities, through the long-term confluence of drainage system, crisscrossed, called "Bayangou". Baiyuan Qingchi East leans on the Workers' Cultural Palace, cinema, library, playground, west of the Fu Confucian Temple, Overseas Chinese Building, Tongfo Temple. Located in the core area of Quanzhou Ancient City, between the Fuwen Temple, Chengtian Temple and Qingjing Temple, although there is no lively West Street, the bustling is still the same, it should be a more life-style area in ancient times. Don't look at this small pool, but it was an important reservoir of the ancient city drainage system, and Quanzhou is also known as the city. It is said that this is the "eye of eel". The pool water is relatively clean and odorless, but the path on the side is not well maintained, and I am a little sorry for this ancient relics. The northwest corner of the Tongfo Temple, presumably also has a great historical heritage.
