Coming from a member, Museum atmosphere is more like Carowinds, Seems to Cater to large groups of small Children occurring daily, Parents and Staff have little Control. Unless you love a Daycare facil...
Our actual visit date was Feb 2020. It was me and my 8 ur old nephew. We had a blast! For a tiny little county museum it has a lot of stuff. It’s a great place to spend the afternoon.
Took my grandchildren and great-grandchildren ranging in age from 3 to 13. Very good for all of them. The youngest enjoyed the hands on toys. The gift shop was very good and not to expensive.
Great exhibit about echolocation in bats, as well as dolphins, and night forest creatures
We went before Halloween, but the exhibit was cool. There was also a both that showed how night vision worked. Interactive displays always great for the boys. Nice homeschool field trip.
This is a small but incredibly well-presented museum. The exhibits, both permanent and travelling installations, are imaginatively presented. The artistry and skill are first-rate and give the visitor...

A good place to spend a few hours
