A Historic "Drive By"
It's a great statue to photograph. You can get out of your car, or just slow down and drive by. All and all, it's worth seeing.

Nice statue ... don’t need to get out of the car if you don’t want to. It is a large size and well done. Hopefully in this day and time no one will find it offensive and want to remove it.

There is room to pull your car over and take a picture. Nothing else is there. Part of the tourist thing.
