Good Place for Kids
If you have small children and need a place for them to play this is not bad. There is a playground and fountains nearby. If you must go out of your way to get here I would not. There are better parks...
Take a breather
Small park very close to the city centre in which to take a short breather in the shade from sight seeing if you do not want to walk further to better areas.
Nice little park on the river in front of Palacio San Telmo
Between the Palacio San Telmo and the river is a nice little tree lined park. It is a small triangular shaped park. I found it to be a pretty setting between the palace and river.
