Not so good seats and BAD SOUNDING

Took a friend to see West Side Story on the 9th of May. My seats had been changed from high up in the balcony front row, to front circle 2nd row from the front on the left side. We were restricted from seeing the stage full on as we were on the same level as the front row and the Orchestra slightly above. These seats were not as good as my £15.00 seats and they would have cost much more but they were upgraded as free. We were able to move onto the first balcony the view was ok. The show was good but the sounding was very bad in the first half of the show everything sounded mumbled except for the singing when sang as an individual. The second half was a bit better. I have been to numerous shows from the Operatic Society and they have been much better. I will continue going to them though.

    Dirty Dancing

My sister and i went to see Dirty Dancing on Saturday .This was a Christmas present from me for her .We were really disappointed ,not at all what we were expecting !.The tickets cost £62 each and we were watching Dirty Dancing film on a big screen,!The band were playing at the bottom of the screen with backing singers ,it was shocking !I feel this should have been no more than £20 for what we got ! Very very disappointed!!
