Visited in October 2019. Pros: cheap €10 and close to the metro station. Huge space, thousands of exhibits, from ancient swords to rifles to tanks, as well as jet fighters and helicopters, exhibits from WWI and WWII (which was great in WWI) take a day to see. Cons: Only credit card payment accepted! Very ridiculous! No audio guide! Also ridiculous is no introduction in English. Most of the exhibitions close at 17:00, it’s too early for such an impressive exhibition. The place is too big! Maybe it should be 9 a.m.

The Sofia National Military Museum is on the east side of the city center, 2 kilometers away from Alexandria Cathedral. I personally think that the church in Sofia can be seen. The museum is very general.
