Fangsheng Bridge is one of many bridges on the Xishi River. It looks like a stone bridge with a simple structure. It was first built in the Ming Wanli period and was rebuilt twice during the Qing Qianlong Jiaqing period. On the east side of the north end of the bridge, there is a step down to the river. It is said that every time the lunar calendar is on the eighth bath Buddha festival in early April and the birthday of the Tibetan king Bodhisattva in July, people will go to the river to release fish, so the name is "Fangsheng Bridge". Visitors will take pictures at the steps. There are many large and small fish swimming under the steps. This kind of fish is available in many places in Xishihe, so it should not be released.
