It is an exhibition hall located at the site of the main camp of Nikawa-juku, which is next to Tokaido 53. I explain various things about Tokaido and Nikawa-juku. The building was larger than I expected, and the exhibition was solid, so I enjoyed it quite a bit. I think it is a good idea for people walking on the Tokaido.
