Located at the corner of Fuxing West Road and Yongfu Road, Liangyou Apartment, named after the meaning of good neighborliness, was built in 1937 as a modern art deco architectural style apartment building. The building was originally a four-story brick mixed structure, and was later rebuilt to a six-story flat roof, with six protruding vertical lines from the second floor to the fin, forming the center of the building composition; the bottom is a red glazed brick wall, and the second floor is a brown water brick wall and a cement paste wall. There are entrances and exits on both sides of the apartment, two on Fuxing West Road and one on Yongfu Road. There are polygonal stairs inside the apartment, and the "diamond" stairs on the west side highlight the architect's ingenuity.
