皮皮端端:“I think it's definitely worth the trip. Thirteen years ago, my company organized a group trip to Discovery Kingdom, but I was pregnant at the time and missed out, which was quite a shame. Finally, today, our family of four was able to make the trip. We even bought children's tickets for 39 yuan. I used my teaching certificate to get a ticket for 9.1 yuan. My husband and eldest daughter bought teacher and family tickets for 130 yuan each. For a full day of fun, our family spent a total of 308 yuan. It was a fantastic deal. Yesterday, it was cloudy, so the park was incredibly quiet. The lines for popular rides were only 20 minutes. For rides like the roller coaster, the pendulum, and the long, spinning ride, there were no lines at all.
My youngest daughter is 155cm tall, and she enjoyed all the rides. I've read reviews saying that many of the extra-cost rides were bad, but I didn't feel that way because we were overwhelmed by the free rides and didn't try any of the optional ones.
If such a good deal is available in the future, we'll definitely go again. At the end of this winter break, we went to Universal Studios Beijing, and our family of four spent over 1,400 yuan on tickets. Discovery Kingdom was a much better value for money.”
韩老师725:“Dalian Binhai National Geopark is renowned for its unique sea erosion and rock formations. Natural wonders like the Dinosaurs Exploring the Sea and the Aotan Basalt are truly breathtaking, and the waters are as clear as a "jelly sea," making them incredibly photogenic. The park's well-designed trails, combined with suspended wooden planks and observation decks, offer panoramic views of the magnificent blend of mountain and sea. Even on a hot day, climbing up and down the stairs was exhausting.”
Anonymous user:“This classic spot is worth a visit, with beautiful views and a great escape from the crowds on the beach. There's a free shuttle bus between Turtle Back Rock and Aotan Yuan. It's recommended to walk around Turtle Back Rock, then take the shuttle to Aotan Yuan and walk back. Walking directly from the entrance to Turtle Back Rock and then to Aotan Yuan takes about 40 minutes, and you can take a 10-yuan bus back to the exit.”

Lee & baby Zee:“As expected, once you travel during a holiday, places will be overcrowded. I traveled during the May holiday, so there were many people. However, it was still enjoyable. The grounds seem clean and the lifeguards are very attentive. Would recommend for off season.”

M34***48:“My child is studying in the development zone, so we went to climb Dahei Mountain during the holidays. There are two ways to go up the mountain, one is steep and the other is flat. We chose to climb the stairs. The scenery along the way is beautiful, the mountain is steep, and it is really tiring halfway. When you reach the top of the mountain, you can see the sea and the entire development zone. It is worth going.”
倪尔特:“The scenery at night is beautiful, but there are so many people. It rained when I went there, and it was crowded. I took some photos. The boat was closed, but if you walk along the water city, you will reach Donggang. There are concerts in the evening. There is also a check-in spot on Gangdong Fifth Street where you can take the 201 tram.”

倪尔特:“The waters of Bangchuidao are incredibly clear and clean, arguably the cleanest in Dalian. I'd read reviews saying the waters at Jinshitan, farther from the city, were cleaner, so I took a taxi for over an hour to get there. The waters there were similar to those in Beidaihe and Nandaihe—all sandy and muddy. The Bangchuidao coastline is artificially maintained, with many pebbles, and the sand must have been buried underneath, so the waters are very clean. However, the area is small, and the sightseeing buses enter and exit through the south gate. My speedboat driver had previously told me that the north gate would lead to Haizhiyun. I did some research and found the walk to the north gate is nearly 2 kilometers. Then, to Haizhiyun, it's definitely for those with a good stamina.”
M13***19:“A must-visit place for tourists in Dalian, with complete facilities and many places to play. The fun cannot be compared with Happy Valley and Disney, and the venues are not too large. After all, you are going to see the sea, so you can't be too picky.”

开城李典:“It was a really great experience...
Here's my guide: I took the cable car from the South Gate to the North Gate (the advantage is no lines, the disadvantage is you have to turn your head to see the ocean, which is a pain in the neck). Then, after entering through the North Gate, I bought a ticket for the train. I could get off at each park and then wait for the next train to continue. I continued all the way to the intersection of the captive and free-range areas, took the elevator down to the free-range area, and then skipped the train ticket. I could just stroll around and see the tigers, bears, giraffes, and more. It was a relaxing experience! Finally, I visited the Panda House and the Small Animal House, and that was a perfect end to my trip!”
