Holiday Apartments in Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany

The hotel is new and in a good location, very close to the train station and there is REWE downstairs. The room was very clean the first day I checked in. However, the room was not cleaned for the next two days and the trash can was full. I told the front desk that there was no body lotion in the room but there were two bottles of shower gel, but they didn't come to replace it.

Veeeery nice accommodation experience! Big room with nice and comfortable facilities. Nice breakfast with Brazilian style. Convinient transportation (S-Bahn station near the hotel) to city center and has a nice Chinese Restaurant nearby :P

The location is excellent. It's an 8-minute walk from the back of the train station after you get off. Public buses and trams are also convenient for getting to various places (pedestrian street, old castle, Neckar River, hospitals, university departments). The suite is spacious enough and has a small kitchen. Breakfast is 18 euros, and the restaurant is large with good food, coffee, and various teas. The hotel's courtyard/lawn is huge, and it's very pleasant to have a drink there in the evening. There's also a laundry room.

The apartment was fine. They are spacious, plenty of towels and fully equipped kitchen. We didn’t get the apartment we booked due to Trip not being updated on availability with this hotel so don’t book this hotel through Trip since they are not a first hand agent and they’ll forward the booking to go though *******. Find another platform than Trip to book through. The staff was very accommodating and gave us a similar apartment that could fit our family needs. Two minor improvement points: 1. Some of the pillows are almost higher than Slossberg staufen, and it was quite uncomfortable to sleep on them. 2. The room had previously accommodated dogs and still smelled a bit like wet dog, perhaps the curtain or the carpet kept the smell there.

We are a family of 4 with 2 kids. The room has everything we need. The windows have really good blackout blinds and curtains. We booked the suite which has 1 queen bed and a sofa bed but they setup the sofa bed to fit both our kids in it already when we arrived. Everything was clean! No human contact, checkin/checkout are all online so I suggest to check in the day before and read the instructions and everything will go smoothly. The area is pretty busy so don’t expect to get a free of charge parking space. The area is very convenient for food, groceries and shopping.

What I liked was the self check-in. It was super easy to do online beforehand by entering my details, and then on-site, all I had to do was enter my booking number at the terminal, get the card – done, excellent. The room was sufficient for a weekend; I'd question it for a longer stay. The bed mattress was comfortably firm, and the shower was nicely spacious, including a small shower gel. I found the small hand soap disappointing. Personally, I just prefer a wall-mounted liquid soap dispenser – that should really be standard these days. But that doesn't detract from the overall experience. Great connections, the train station was practically right on the doorstep, so you could get everywhere quickly. The room also looked clean when I first entered it, the only pity was that the mirror light in the bathroom was broken, which apparently wasn't noticed. For the price, it was absolutely fine. I had a small, poky room.

The hotel is quite old and could use some updates. The room layout was very nice – spacious and stylishly furnished. However, it would be great if some areas could be sectioned off with a curtain for more privacy. The bathtub is really difficult to get into, even for young people. The swimming pool also needs renovation. The elevators are truly creepy; you're genuinely worried about making it to the next floor safely. As for breakfast, it feels like it's designed for the Seven Dwarfs; everything is miniature-sized, even the bowls. All in all, don't expect too much from this place.

The room was renovated, tastefully furnished and very clean. The equipment was also very good with tea, coffee, water, washing agent, shampoo and conditioner. I had booked a room with balcony for an additional price, but unfortunately I didn't get this. Unfortunately, the hotel has not answered my question so far. Even the question whether a iron is available has never been answered. Since there is neither reception nor security that can help in the case of doubt, lack of communication is a real shortage. The situation is in the middle of the city. The first night was very quiet, the second night guests smoked up to two in the courtyard early and talked loudly, which was hearable up to the 7th floor.

The facilities and location are not bad, very close to the Maichengen Shopping Center, 10 minutes walk from the train station, there is a netto supermarket downstairs; The indoor facilities are complete, there are washing machines, coffee machines, bread machines, etc. kitchen supplies and daily necessities, but there are no slippers; Ground hygiene is OK, bedding hygiene and quality are average, Self-check-in throughout the whole process is quite convenient.
