We enjoyed this second stay with Holliwood Homes even more, we were given a very spacious flat for a similar price than the first smaller flat. It was exceptionally clean and well presented, with all the accessories we needed. Thank you for providing such good value for money!

The house is very clean and the location is very fun. It is 400 meters from the subway station and is located in Little Tokyo. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. It feels safer, and I met one or two tramps. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. Air conditioning and heating are also sufficient. It is when you check in, you have to enter the door to have the four-digit code tangled for a while. Later, it was clear.

First time booking a stay using Trip and while the overall process for booking was easy, the stay at the hotel was a little lack-luster.
Prior to arrival, we didn't get any check-in information; I had a bit of trouble contacting the hotel to get this info. On my part though, I think I did mess up with not providing my contact info (apparently). I got a hold of front desk and the woman I talked to was super courteous and had apologized in advance for the delays. We were told that our room would be ready at 5pm instead of the opposed time at 4. We ended up arriving at 5pm anyway, so time wasn't a problem. When we arrived, everything was fairly clean except for a couple of towels that had brown stains on it. We were short on toilet paper, paper towels, and other small essentials. We were able to get these things the next morning, which was great. My other complaint was that some things were left behind; ie; someone left a pair of their Crocs, and some bar soap in the shower. Even though these things were minor problems to me, it definitely isn't enough to make me lose sleep over. Location: 10/10. 5 minute (or less) walk to the beach. I would definitely still book this place again as long as these issues are not an issue in the future.

EesorIt was very late when I arrived, and the full self-service check-in was still a bit unaccustomed, especially we still needed to park by car. However, it is convenient to check in with the email guide, it is recommended to check in in advance. Outside the window of the room is Hollywood Mountain, the location is very good, the facilities are also very good, recommended

DDarien KwekNo toothbrush or toothpaste given, however, they have a 24/7 virtual live chat which are able to be assist on most matters. if unable, they try their very best to accommodate or source for replacement, such as a broken shower curtain. Basic facilities, they have a common lounge which has a fridge and freezer and microwave oven which is accessible from 6 am to 10pm. Very clean place.

GGuest UserI had to cancel and the hotel did not accept any attempt to negotiate a cancellation fee. I was fully charged even though I did notify this with anticipation. On the other hand, they can and will cancel your reservation without even notifying you in advance. I know this because they did that to me before. Sadly, my experience was not positive.

All kinds of daily necessities are available, all the windows can be opened, and the scenery outside the window is peaceful and elegant. The room is a 10-minute walk from the beach. There is a marina and a beach on the beach. There is a large supermarket 50 meters away, and there are Japanese and Thai restaurants nearby. The antique building is very interesting. Ctrip's service is so good. I'm worried that the self-service check-in will not be successful. Ctrip's customer service has been helping to follow up.

EEu.1- 真心說，適合一個男生住，因為床不大、浴室沒有太多空間可放女生用品（保養、清潔等）；環境不太安全、室友絕大多數是男生（有些男生還蠻奇怪的、恐怖！）
有時晚上、一大早會看到像遊民的人在大門前排迴！
此外，對於美國人來說，房價偏低，所以有更多機會吸引到素質差的人入住（我們待的期間還遇到警察破門而入去抓人….)
2-室內隔音極差，有的室友5點就起床，用廚房的聲音有點大，有的室友三點才睡，關門聲音真的不小…（戴耳塞都聽得到）只能說大部分男生比較不注意細節）；因為有3層樓，所以會有室友ㄧ早退房時，行李撞擊聲從3樓到1樓…嗯，肯定被吵醒。
牆壁另一邊是「隔壁棟」，放行李、小孩半夜哭、踢東西、跑來跑去，完全聽得到，吵了一整夜，完全沒睡，雖然房東有退款ㄧ個晚上，有處理他們，但是後面還有好幾個晚上，她不讓我離開退款。後來隔壁換了另外一個人住，其實問題還是一樣（一大早丟行李在木地板上，聲音之大是能把人嚇醒的，我想我們是唯一輕放的人）,此外該男性講話的聲音，我們都聽得很清楚。
3-有一點要特別別說，假如我早知道房東是***，我就不會入住！因為早就知道他們的思維邏輯價值觀相差甚遠。總是一開始親切，但是真的遇到連續問題，他們會開始不耐煩（包括他們雇用的客服經理，相互影響的文化會是一樣的），溝通上，他們的邏輯實在很有問題！總之就是很***的理直氣壯，覺得自己是對的。
連續五個晚上睡不好，還要受這種氣。（如：該準備的毛巾沒有準備好，一拖再拖，沒有道歉！）其他還有太多鳥事就不講了，因為都會有前因後果的敘述太長了。
4-有些所謂他們先進的科技，實在是是很愚笨的，因為都是自動的，完全不可控，很多時候真的超不方便的！
