As I was staying for 4 nights, I was given a room which has common ammenities like a set of washing machine and dryer (which might be used to cleanup the other rooms' bedsheets after they have checked out). Room is small (no choice due to space constraints in Hong Kong). Other than the building which looks old and scary when you arrive back at the area at night, the flat / room is well-lit and looks very new. No cockroaches at the room I was given (as mentioned by some reviews) but there were a few ants here and there and I guess unavoidable due to it being a relatively old building. Most importantly, best to have a wechat acc, so you can communicate with the owner easily.

Environment: In the central area of ​​Mong Kok, it is very convenient to go anywhere. The subway station is right next to it. Popular attractions can basically be reached in 10-20 minutes. Many popular shops are nearby, which is very convenient! ! Hygiene: Very clean. It feels like a better room in Hong Kong. It deserves a 5-point review. The review is really true! The room is very clean and tidy, and the bed is not dirty. It's very good! Service: When we arrived, we called the sister at the front desk very early to store our luggage. The attitude was very good! Later, when we checked in, the triple room was not booked, so the boss upgraded us to a triple room and asked us to contact him if we needed help. I feel that the person in charge of the hotel is very good! I am very happy to stay Facilities: The facilities are also very complete! Very convenient! I will continue to live here when I come to Hong Kong again!

Room with 2 double beds is just perfect. Great value for the price, awesome view and perfect location. We will definitely book this room every time we are in Hong Kong. It’s clean, and room is quite big if you compare to other options in HK.

Not bad. It's conveniently located between Tsim Sha Tsui and Victoria Harbour. I heard that hotels in Hong Kong are very crowded, but the space here is not small, and the bathroom is actually okay. The only thing is that it's a bit humid. When I woke up in the morning, the floor was also slightly damp. My immunity may have declined recently. I felt like there were mites crawling on me, and I felt like I was going to have an allergy, and my body was a little itchy.

Location: Excellent location in Mongkok, near MTR, Ladies Market, Sneaker Street, Wellcome, DS Groceries, and various restaurants. 2. Staff: Friendly and kind receptionist and cleaners. 3. Cleanliness & Design: Newly renovated with a modern design; very clean. 4. Noise Level: Slight noise from 6 AM to 10 PM, but tolerable. 5. Amenities: • Hot shower • Tissue, shampoo, and body wash • Hairdryer • Slippers and towel • Hangers • Extension cord Overall, a great choice for a convenient and comfortable stay. ❤️

Though the unit was quite small, I think it was a good value for the price. The location was very convenient, as it was close to DS Grocery, Lunfung, Ladies Market, the Bank of China, and the station. Everything you need is nearby, making it a great spot to stay. The owner/manager was also very accommodating and took care of all our requests. While it wasn’t the most luxurious place, I really appreciated their hospitality, and I still enjoyed my stay. I only stayed there to sleep and shower, so if you're looking to save money while being close to the center, this place could be a good option.

Good sized room for the price, by Hong Kong standards. Close to metro, tram and bus. Plenty of food options near as well as convenience stores. Staff were friendly, the room was clean, the bed comfy, ac cool and the shower hot with good water pressure.

Recommended. Small but complete. In this area and at this price in Hong Kong, you can only dream of staying in a big room. So I have only two requirements for Hong Kong hotels, hygiene and safety. This hotel has done a good job in both of these. In addition, it is very quiet. Basically, you can only hear the occasional motorcycle engine noise and the noise of the old air conditioner on the street (the boss seems to have prepared earplugs for this, but I didn't use them). You only need to prepare toothpaste and toothbrush for toiletries, and the rest of the hotel has shampoo, shower gel, towels, etc. The location is excellent, just above the subway station, and you only need to rely on public transportation to travel. There are 711 and many restaurants not far away, and there is even Mixue Ice City downstairs, so you don't have to worry about eating. It is only a 10-minute walk from the high-speed rail station, so you can come and go freely. In addition to these basic facilities, you can also add the boss's WeChat to get store instructions, travel and food guides, etc., which are quite practical. However, many of the recommended stores are traditional old stores in Hong Kong, and there are no commonly used payment methods in the mainland. Remember to bring Hong Kong dollars if you want to try. Finally, I found that when I read the reviews, I found that the boss basically refuted every negative review. I personally feel that this is a justified performance, and the brave rebuttal shows confidence in quality. On the contrary, many big stores just apologized blindly, which is equivalent to admitting that they have this problem. This is the part that I think is very valuable for reference.

Have not met the owner but all neccesary details were sent to you before the date. I also requested a room type and the owner get me what I want. Plus, the location is superb nearby the MTR. The things that are not good is the dirty elevator and noise-unprotection wall, you can hear the conver of a nearby room but it's fine for me compared to other angles

Not really a hotel - just an apartment in an apartment block divided into men's room and women's room. So no front desk etc. Check in with wechat was ok though. Room was clean, bathrooms (for women) are connected to the women's room just fyi the glass is semi fogged (you can't see anything but you know, it's fairly communal for some strangers). Not a lot of room for baggage and no lockers etc. Great location though on main street in TST and right next to the metro. Cheap as chips.
