This is not just another new villa (open late 2025), it’s a beautifully conceived private sanctuary where modern elegance meets natural tropical living in perfect harmony. Irnaqana consists of only four villas, each one a completely separate building. This gives every guest total privacy and the feeling of having your own exclusive retreat, which is rare and highly appreciated. The First Impression: A Brilliant Design Moment. From the moment you arrive, the entrance sets the tone. The elegantly designed door is a masterstroke, as it opens, it dramatically reveals the entire private swimming pool in one breathtaking view. It’s cinematic and instantly relaxing. No obstructed sightlines, just pool and lush greenery waiting for you. This clever architectural choice makes the outdoor space feel like an extension of the living area and creates that “wow” factor right away. Lush Garden & Natural Surroundings and water flow sound. The garden is lush and thoughtfully planted with a wonderful variety of tropical plants that feel completely natural and established. It’s not overly manicured, instead, it blends beautifully with the surrounding rice fields and countryside, giving a genuine sense of being immersed in Bali’s nature. Morning light filtering through the leaves, birdsong, and the gentle breeze made our mornings on the terrace truly special. Spacious Interior with Impressive High Ceilings Inside, the villa shines with its generous proportions and smart layout. The ceilings are exceptionally high — at least 5–6 meters — which not only makes the space feel incredibly airy and luxurious but also keeps the villa naturally cooler throughout the day. This is a game-changer in Bali’s climate. The unit is cleverly split into two distinct yet connected zones: • On the left side you have the dining and TV lounge area — perfect for relaxed meals or evening entertainment at the sunken seating. • On the right side is the bedroom with a bathtub and bathroom wing. Both sides offer ample space, so nothing feels cramped. The design elegantly balances modern lines, high-quality materials, and natural elements, clean aesthetics paired with warm tones and textures that nod to Balinese tradition without feeling clichéd. Every piece of furniture, lighting, and finishing feels carefully chosen and of premium quality. Bedroom & Bathroom Comfort The bed is enormous and one of the most comfortable we’ve experienced in Bali. After long days of exploring Ubud or playing sports, sinking into it was pure bliss — our backs were very thankful! The bedroom feels spacious and peaceful with excellent blackout options. The bathroom is equally impressive — spotlessly clean, with strong water pressure in the shower, fresh towels daily, and good-quality toiletries. Everything felt hygienic and well-maintained. The air conditioning is powerful and gets deliciously cold although might needs 1-2 minutes, which was welcome after hot days. Combined with the high ceilings and natural ventilation, the villa stayed comfortable at all times. Location Perks. While the villa itself is tucked away in a quiet, green setting ideal for relaxation, the surrounding area is surprisingly convenient. There’s a fantastic variety of eateries within a short distance — from authentic local warungs serving delicious Balinese food to excellent international restaurants. Final Thoughts Irnaqana Villa excels in thoughtful, high-quality design that prioritizes space, light, views, and privacy. It successfully delivers both aesthetic beauty and genuine comfort. I  had a wonderful 2 days stay at Astari Villa in Jimbaran. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The receptionist was exceptionally polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. His kindness and professionalism made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel offers excellent value, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend Astari Villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet place to stay in Jimbaran.

My family of six and I stayed in a villa for the first time, and the open-plan dining area and private pool, among other amenities, made our stay incredibly comfortable! We opted for breakfast, and it was great that there was a choice of menu items. On the first day, we didn't quite understand how it worked and ordered everything, which resulted in a massive amount of food. However, from the second day onwards, we were able to order just what we fancied, which was much more efficient. And everything we tried was delicious. It was thoughtful that each room was equipped with a laundry drying rack. However, I did think it would be even better if there was a washing machine available in a common area. They also thoughtfully provided a water dispenser and insect repellent spray, which was a very considerate touch. Since each room also has its own lock, it would be ideal for groups of friends as well. We'd love to come back if we get the chance again! The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful!

Although the villa itself was clean and beautiful, what made the stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable was the hospitality provided by the staff - not only were they very welcoming and friendly, they went out of their way to ensure that all our requests were addressed and accommodated our needs. The villa is also located in a quieter part of Canggu, but near enough to major attractions and also nearby local establishments. Highly recommended!

I booked a 6-night stay at Villa Estella from September 28 to October 4, 2026. The villa itself is beautiful, well-equipped, and ideally located for a stay in Seminyak. The staff are also friendly, welcoming, and professional, as is often the case in Indonesia. Unfortunately, I can only give this property 2 stars because my stay was significantly affected by an issue that was never disclosed before my booking: major construction work was taking place in the villa directly next to mine. For all six days of my stay, construction workers arrived every morning around 8:30–9:00 a.m. and continued working until approximately 5:30–6:00 p.m. Beyond the constant movement of workers, conversations, and music from the construction site, I had to endure hammering against the wall of my bedroom, drilling, material cutting, and various other loud construction noises throughout the day. In addition, dust and construction debris regularly settled on my terrace, outdoor furniture, and around the pool area. Whether inside or outside the villa, the noise level was simply incompatible with a relaxing holiday. I specifically chose this villa because it was located away from the busier parts of Seminyak and because I wanted to enjoy the private pool. Since Seminyak’s beaches are often difficult to enjoy for swimming due to the waves, I expected to spend time relaxing at the villa and cooling off during the hottest hours of the day. Unfortunately, the noise was so constant and intrusive that it was impossible to comfortably stay at the property from morning until late afternoon. The day after my arrival, I contacted management to explain that the situation was unacceptable and that I should have been informed about the construction work before booking. In my opinion, this is essential information that should be clearly disclosed on booking platforms. The only solution offered was to have the workers start a little later in the morning so that I could sleep longer. No alternative accommodation was proposed, no full refund for the unused nights was considered, and the only compensation offered was a 30% refund on the remaining nights, which I considered completely inadequate given the extent of the disruption. The construction work continued throughout my stay. I received several apology emails acknowledging the inconvenience and warning me that there would still be noise on the following days. However, beyond these apologies, no meaningful action was taken to resolve the issue. I felt trapped and left without a real solution. I was repeatedly told that I was free to leave the property, while also being informed that the compensation would remain limited to this partial refund, which was presented as an exceptional commercial gesture. Empathy and apologies are appreciated, but concrete action matters more. I was left with the impression that the owners prioritized their business interests over the comfort and well-being of their guests. When a property knows that major construction work is likely to significantly impact the guest experience, the very least it should do is inform guests before they book so they can make an informed decision. In my case, I was only informed after I had already arrived, when it was far too late to change my plans. I find this completely unacceptable. If you are considering staying at this villa and are sensitive to noise or construction disturbances, I strongly recommend contacting the property beforehand to confirm the current situation. This important information was certainly not communicated transparently when I made my reservation.

An incredible villa in Bali 🌴🤍 Our Bali vacation was made especially delightful thanks to this villa. From the first moments, you feel an incredible atmosphere here – it's beautiful, cozy, and peaceful. This is exactly the kind of place you look forward to returning to after walks, beach days, and a busy day out. The villa itself is simply stunning: spacious, stylish, beautifully decorated, and meticulously designed down to the smallest detail. Everything looks aesthetic and is genuinely comfortable to live in. We particularly loved the sense of privacy and having our own little space where we could fully relax. The grounds are very well-maintained, with lots of greenery and beautiful tropical plants. The authentic Balinese atmosphere is all around – you wake up and immediately feel like you're in a truly special place 🌺🌴 I must also highlight the cleanliness. The villa was tidy, cleaning was done regularly, and everything we needed was provided. It's so pleasant when a place isn't just beautiful in photos, but looks even better in real life. The staff deserves a special thank you ❤️ Everyone was so kind, attentive, and responsive. They tried to help with every request, always greeted us with a smile, and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We also really enjoyed the food. Breakfasts were delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. It was especially pleasant to enjoy breakfast in such a beautiful setting in the morning, with no need to rush. We got exactly the kind of vacation we came to Bali for: lots of beauty, tranquility, privacy, and pleasant emotions. This villa became a true sanctuary and place of relaxation for us. 🥹🤍 A huge thank you to the owners and the entire team for such hospitality! We are leaving with very pleasant memories and will definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable holiday in Bali. What a delightful property. Absolutely loved it. Staff are very warm and friendly. Service is excellent. The property has multiple pools, a very well appointed Spa (though a bit pricey) with a range of treatments we have not seen in some of the most renowned Spa's including sound healing, therapeutic treatments, injury, relaxing or stress relief treatments, Balinese, Ayurvedic and other holistic treatments. Amazing! The restaurant onsite has a nice variety of multi cuisine food and the preparations are excellent so kudos to the Chef! We did not plan to but ended up eating most of our dinners at the property restaurant instead of dining out. The only downside would be the slightly off the beat location that required our car service to go over some very rough road patches on the way. But all in all we would highly recommend staying here and would probably come back for another visit. Oh, and almost forgot....the Mimosa as a part of the breakfast buffet was a delightful touch!

Our entire experience at this villa was absolutely excellent. Probably the best stay we’ve ever had in Bali. The villa itself is very clean and has everything you need. What I especially appreciated is that the team prepared almost everything we requested in advance for our child - a high chair, a baby cot, and other small things we needed while traveling with a toddler. It was thoughtful, genuinely helpful, and made our stay much easier. The location is also truly great. It’s max a 5-minute walk to the beach, which made it easy to go every day. There are also several convenience stores nearby, even closer than the beach (around 3mins by walking), so it’s easy to grab anything you might need. The staff is probably the best part of the entire villa! Everyone is incredibly friendly, warm, and always ready to help with anything. Our breakfast was included for 4 ppl, and every day we needed one breakfast adjusted to be suitable for our child. Even though it wasn’t on the menu, they organized it for us daily - huge thanks for that! Another thing that impressed us: we arrived around 8–9 AM, but check-in officially starts at 1 PM. After a long flight with a small child, we really needed somewhere to wait comfortably and they have a dedicated waiting room for this. It’s not just a basic room; it’s actually very good, with a bed, a toilet, and everything a family with a child might need. It helped us a lot! The same happened on departure day: checkout was at 12 PM and our flight was at 6 PM, and they let us use that room again for free. We’re very grateful for that! The chef (unfortunately I didn’t meet him personally) cooks really delicious food both for adults and for kids. The meals were so good that most of the time we ordered food directly from the villa instead of eating elsewhere. There’s enough variety to match different tastes, and you can easily rely on the villa’s food throughout your stay. I also saw some older reviews mentioning mosquitoes. I don’t know what it was like before, but during our stay they brought mosquito repellent solutions every single day without exception and it really worked. We never had any mosquito issues at all, not even our child. If I had only two small suggestions for improvement (and they were not a problem for us at all): 1 - It could be nice to have communication via WhatsApp. Of course you can call or walk to the front desk in seconds, but WhatsApp would be more convenient for some guests. 2 - A couple of times we asked for the villa to be cleaned in about 30 minutes, were told yes, but the team came closer to an hour later. I assume it was because housekeeping was busy with other villas which is totally understandable but it would be helpful to know in advance if there will be a delay. This happened only twice and never became an issue for us. Overall, this villa is amazing the place is great, the people are genuinely kind, and the entire experience was the best we’ve had in Bali. When we come back, we’ll be happy to stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were traveling as two couples and honestly did not expect to find such a beautiful and peaceful place away from the busy tourist routes. The hotel is charming, very well maintained, and has a special atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed from the first moment. It is also conveniently located close to one of Bali’s famous attractions, Lohongan Sweet, which was a wonderful bonus for us. The owner is absolutely wonderful — incredibly welcoming and attentive. His hospitality made us feel at home and even made us wish to extend our vacation and stay here longer. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay. Бассейн глубокий, на кухне все есть, магазины в пяти минутах ходьбы, пастели удобные, все чисто и душевно!

We love heritage buildings and vintage style, so these little bungalows were perfect for us. They were a little walk away from the reception (no buggy!) which meant so peaceful and quiet! Gorgeous wooden bedroom and bathroom. The shower is a little outdated and when I first turned it on there was a sulphuric smell which was a bit concerning. Basically, if you like rustic, no frills, no extra service etc then these are a lovely cute experience. However, if you want luxury and are squeamish about old style open homes, this isn't for you. Breakfast was very basic so we generally ate out. The main receptionist was a lovely gentlemen, a very quick registration and we were in! Rooms were clean and nice and dark for a cosy sleep at night.
