We really enjoyed our stay at ONYX Park Resort Ubud. The resort is quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were always polite and helpful, and the location was convenient for us. A great place for a peaceful family stay.

Very expensive hotel. Not worth the price you pay. Main Pool closes at....4pm ! ,: reason: they must set up tables for dinner, very strange..You can feel how owner is looking to make money without caring about his guest's needs ! The other 2 pools( far,up the hill) close at 6pm ! Also strange when guests are spending holidays...Check in, never before 1 om ...and check out at 10 am , also very strange when breakfast finishes at 10.30 ! I would never recommend this hotel for its prices ! Even his deck restaurant is selling sunset without sunset at all !!

This hotel perfectly met our needs: quiet yet centrally located, clean and comfortable. We didn't need lavish pools or public facilities (as we were out exploring all day). Overall, it's small but spotless. We brought our own filtered showerhead, and after a two-night stay, the filter barely changed color, which was reassuring! The hotel is located down a quiet alleyway just off the bustling main street of Seminyak, so it's very peaceful. The only downside is that the walls between rooms are quite thin, and we could clearly hear conversations from next door. Breakfast is à la carte and delicious, and the overall atmosphere is great!

First off, the service was great. If you ordered Grab food, they'd deliver it to the front desk, and the staff would then bring it directly to your room. Breakfast tasted about 7/10, and if you didn't wake up in time, the restaurant would arrange for your pre-ordered breakfast to be delivered to your room. The only downsides were a lot of bugs and geckos, plus a musty smell in the room. The pool was nice, and the minibar prices were fair. Recommended.

It was a last-minute booking, I reserved in the evening and arrived at the hotel that night, but all the staff warmly welcomed me and I was able to check in. Because it was so sudden, there was a short wait for the room to be prepared, but during that time, they offered us welcome drinks at the restaurant. While we were enjoying them, the room was ready and we were shown to our room. There was a small mishap where the card key didn't work and I couldn't get into the room, but a young staff member passing by immediately helped. They opened the room for us first and promptly brought a new card key later, saving us a trip back to the front desk, which was a great help. The breakfast selection was also extensive, and everyone was satisfied. All the staff had genuinely lovely smiles and were so kind, making it a hotel I'd definitely want to stay at again. Thanks to Trip.com, we were able to stay at this class of hotel at a significant discount, which was a blessing for a family with children!

I had a great stay at d’primahotel Seminyak. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, with many cafés, restaurants, and popular spots in Seminyak just a short distance away. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. It was excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bali.

I had a pleasant stay at Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center and would happily recommend it to others visiting Denpasar. The hotel is centrally located, making it a great base for both business and leisure activities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the essential amenities provided. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a generous variety of both local and international dishes. The hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pool and meeting rooms, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. For the price, Aston Denpasar offers great value and a welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Bali.

An Amazing Stay – One of My Favorite Hotels in Bali Overall, this hotel delivered on every aspect that mattered to me—warm and genuine hospitality, an excellent breakfast, spacious rooms, thoughtful sustainability practices, and a location that's close to everything without feeling overly crowded. I stayed here for a week for work, and by the end of my trip, I honestly didn't want to leave. The hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Satya, who escorted us to our rooms after a long and tiring flight. Since we arrived before the official check-in time, the team kindly prepared one of our rooms early so we could freshen up and get some rest while waiting for the others. It was a small gesture that made a huge difference after traveling. Breakfast One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because so many reviews praised the breakfast, and now I completely understand why. Breakfast became one of the highlights of my stay. There was plenty of variety every morning, from freshly cooked eggs to delicious local Indonesian dishes. I also appreciated that breakfast is served until 11:00 AM, which is quite common in Bali and perfect if you've had a late night or arrived early from a flight. In our case, we were able to enjoy breakfast before our rooms were ready. The breakfast team was incredibly accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. Their hospitality set the tone for the rest of our stay. A few favorites that I looked forward to every morning: The fresh acai bowl The turmeric wellness shot Great coffee selections, from espresso to café mocha Everything was fresh, plentiful, and a great way to start a busy day. The lagoon pool looked beautiful, although I wasn't able to use it because it closes at 7:00 PM. Thankfully, the rooftop pool stays open until 10:00 PM, and I managed to enjoy a relaxing evening swim. The water was warm, and the atmosphere was peaceful after a full day of work. One thing I really appreciated was the hotel's sustainable design. Only the guest rooms are air-conditioned, while the hallways and common areas are naturally ventilated. It keeps the rooms comfortable while reducing unnecessary energy use—a thoughtful approach that I hope more hotels adopt. For me, this location was much better than staying along Sunset Road. It felt more local while still being incredibly convenient. Within just a few minutes' walk, you'll find: Two convenience stores Plenty of affordable massage and spa options A shopping mall Kuta Beach Getting around was also easy with Grab and Gojek available whenever we needed them. Room Service Room service deserves a mention because it was impressively fast. Every request arrived much quicker than I expected.

Absolutely amazing!! Thats the shortest way i can explain how my stay here has been! This is me and my sister first time in bali and we chose to stay in Uluwatu aswe heard it is very scenic and we stumble upon this resort and what a stroke of luck this was! 1. Location 10/10 It is located near the cliff of the Suluban beach and the stairs to go down to the beach is literally right beside the resort so for those who are looking into surfing or visiting the Suluban beach this might be a good choice for you. It is also nearby the market whre you can buy local souvenir and also near many restaurant as well as the temple whre they have the Kecak Dance. But the cherry on top has to be view. The resort is absolutely stunning and anywhere you look is amazing. During our stay there is a big crane as they did state that they would be constructiom going but thankfully it was not really progressing during our stay so no noise complaint. There is tons of monkey tho and a group did try to get into our room which is actually a funny incident, u just have to make sure u close the sliding door at all times when the monkey is around. 2. Service The service is absolutely amazing all the staff takes very well care of us and manager constantly talks to the guest to ensure comfortable stay! You also get a complimentary 15 minute massage which i find relaxing after whole day of walking. The breakfast was good to me, there was not much choice but what they did seeve all tasted very good and fresh. 3.Cleanliness Our room was very clean and well taken care of. We slept very comfortably and did not experience any discomfort. All aspect of the resort is also very well kept so strolling around the resort in the morning is very very nice especially since its at a cliff so you will hear the wave sounds and I would reccomend going to their massage building area which is very beautiful All in all would definitely visit this place again if I ever visit Uluwatu again🌺🌺

We love heritage buildings and vintage style, so these little bungalows were perfect for us. They were a little walk away from the reception (no buggy!) which meant so peaceful and quiet! Gorgeous wooden bedroom and bathroom. The shower is a little outdated and when I first turned it on there was a sulphuric smell which was a bit concerning. Basically, if you like rustic, no frills, no extra service etc then these are a lovely cute experience. However, if you want luxury and are squeamish about old style open homes, this isn't for you. Breakfast was very basic so we generally ate out. The main receptionist was a lovely gentlemen, a very quick registration and we were in! Rooms were clean and nice and dark for a cosy sleep at night.
