Absolutely loved this hotel! Everything was so clean and beautiful; every spot was photo-worthy. The staff were friendly and polite, always greeting guests. I injured my leg during my trip, and everyone was so sympathetic and tried to help in any way they could. The Italian restaurant was excellent, but I wouldn't particularly recommend the other restaurants on site. We'll definitely be back, we didn't get a chance to try the spa and gym.

Very expensive hotel.
Not worth the price you pay.
Main Pool closes at....4pm ! ,: reason: they must set up tables for dinner, very strange..You can feel how owner is looking to make money without caring about his guest's needs ! The other 2 pools( far,up the hill) close at 6pm ! Also strange when guests are spending holidays...Check in, never before 1 om ...and check out at 10 am , also very strange when breakfast finishes at 10.30 ! I would never recommend this hotel for its prices ! Even his deck restaurant is selling sunset without sunset at all !!

Guest UserThe hotel is relatively new, clean, and tidy, offering a good stay experience. The location is convenient, with many restaurants and spas nearby, all within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making the overall atmosphere comfortable.
I especially liked the coffee shop next to the hotel; it has a beautiful environment, perfect for afternoon tea and relaxation. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel.

Guest UserI stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The spacious room, large bed, and comfortable balcony overlooking the fields made every day enjoyable. I'm truly grateful to all the hotel staff for their kind and friendly service at all times. They were incredibly prompt in handling issues like the faulty security box and running out of toilet paper, which I really appreciated. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering not just Indonesian dishes but also bread, desserts, and fruits. I especially loved the terrace seating where I could enjoy the morning breeze and sunshine. The hotel's location is excellent, close to a big beach club and the beach, with convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance, and Grab taxis arriving quickly. This was a truly wonderful trip, and I'd love to stay here again.

Natasha88We had a cottage just for us, with a beautiful pool and an even more wonderful view of the jungle. Nature is unreal there. Everything was clean and tidy. The only thing they didn't have to do was have a bar for cocktails or something like that. But it can be called a Grab. You can also rent a scooter.

I had a pleasant stay at Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center and would happily recommend it to others visiting Denpasar. The hotel is centrally located, making it a great base for both business and leisure activities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the essential amenities provided. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a generous variety of both local and international dishes. The hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pool and meeting rooms, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. For the price, Aston Denpasar offers great value and a welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Bali.

CARLITAS BONDOCAn Amazing Stay – One of My Favorite Hotels in Bali
Overall, this hotel delivered on every aspect that mattered to me—warm and genuine hospitality, an excellent breakfast, spacious rooms, thoughtful sustainability practices, and a location that's close to everything without feeling overly crowded.
I stayed here for a week for work, and by the end of my trip, I honestly didn't want to leave. The hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Satya, who escorted us to our rooms after a long and tiring flight. Since we arrived before the official check-in time, the team kindly prepared one of our rooms early so we could freshen up and get some rest while waiting for the others. It was a small gesture that made a huge difference after traveling.
Breakfast
One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because so many reviews praised the breakfast, and now I completely understand why.
Breakfast became one of the highlights of my stay. There was plenty of variety every morning, from freshly cooked eggs to delicious local Indonesian dishes. I also appreciated that breakfast is served until 11:00 AM, which is quite common in Bali and perfect if you've had a late night or arrived early from a flight. In our case, we were able to enjoy breakfast before our rooms were ready.
The breakfast team was incredibly accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. Their hospitality set the tone for the rest of our stay.
A few favorites that I looked forward to every morning:
The fresh acai bowl
The turmeric wellness shot
Great coffee selections, from espresso to café mocha
Everything was fresh, plentiful, and a great way to start a busy day.
The lagoon pool looked beautiful, although I wasn't able to use it because it closes at 7:00 PM. Thankfully, the rooftop pool stays open until 10:00 PM, and I managed to enjoy a relaxing evening swim. The water was warm, and the atmosphere was peaceful after a full day of work.
One thing I really appreciated was the hotel's sustainable design. Only the guest rooms are air-conditioned, while the hallways and common areas are naturally ventilated. It keeps the rooms comfortable while reducing unnecessary energy use—a thoughtful approach that I hope more hotels adopt.
For me, this location was much better than staying along Sunset Road. It felt more local while still being incredibly convenient.
Within just a few minutes' walk, you'll find:
Two convenience stores
Plenty of affordable massage and spa options
A shopping mall
Kuta Beach
Getting around was also easy with Grab and Gojek available whenever we needed them.
Room Service
Room service deserves a mention because it was impressively fast. Every request arrived much quicker than I expected.

Anonymous UserThe hotel is in a very lively area, with a disco right around the corner. This is a plus for some and a minus for others. Decide for yourself, the hotel itself is fine, the staff is friendly, the pool is open until 8 pm and they enforce it (I wasn't allowed in at 8.10 pm). The showers have hot water, and the fountain by the pool plays from morning until late. The bed was comfortable. If you're looking for relaxation, you'll definitely want to go somewhere else. If you're looking for fun, you're welcome—everything is nearby.

ElbogdLocation: The ocean and beach are just across the road, the shopping center is about a 10-minute walk, and various street food spots are a 3-minute walk away.
Room: I had a wonderful Alam villa – a huge space with an endless woven ceiling and a large terrace. The bathroom was uniquely designed: partly indoors and partly open-air. Everything felt very traditionally Balinese: lush greenery, a stone bathtub, and floral green robes. It was cleaned every day.
Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly. I forgot my key a couple of times, and they replaced it. In the mornings, they even let me make traditional flower paintings on the water.
I initially booked the hotel for a couple of nights but ended up staying for a whole week!

We love heritage buildings and vintage style, so these little bungalows were perfect for us. They were a little walk away from the reception (no buggy!) which meant so peaceful and quiet! Gorgeous wooden bedroom and bathroom. The shower is a little outdated and when I first turned it on there was a sulphuric smell which was a bit concerning. Basically, if you like rustic, no frills, no extra service etc then these are a lovely cute experience. However, if you want luxury and are squeamish about old style open homes, this isn't for you. Breakfast was very basic so we generally ate out. The main receptionist was a lovely gentlemen, a very quick registration and we were in! Rooms were clean and nice and dark for a cosy sleep at night.
