Vladimir PosereninExcellent resort. Beautiful and stylish interiors, very clean apartments, and having a private pool is a huge bonus.
However, there are a couple of drawbacks:
1) There's a table and two chairs in the pool area, but nowhere to lie down by the pool to sunbathe when the sun hits the apartment's inner courtyard.
2) The hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel are very diluted with water. Clearly, someone is cutting corners or profiting from this.
3) There are no dishes whatsoever (plates, spoons, forks, knives). If you order food, you'll have to eat it straight from the containers.

Very expensive hotel.
Not worth the price you pay.
Main Pool closes at....4pm ! ,: reason: they must set up tables for dinner, very strange..You can feel how owner is looking to make money without caring about his guest's needs ! The other 2 pools( far,up the hill) close at 6pm ! Also strange when guests are spending holidays...Check in, never before 1 om ...and check out at 10 am , also very strange when breakfast finishes at 10.30 ! I would never recommend this hotel for its prices ! Even his deck restaurant is selling sunset without sunset at all !!

Guest UserThe hotel is relatively new, clean, and tidy, offering a good stay experience. The location is convenient, with many restaurants and spas nearby, all within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making the overall atmosphere comfortable.
I especially liked the coffee shop next to the hotel; it has a beautiful environment, perfect for afternoon tea and relaxation. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel.

Anonymous UserCheck in was smooth. Staffs were friendly.
Hotel is huge, they have 3 blocks. I got the far end of the block which was a little bit away from the reception and the restaurants and the open space for smoking.
In 2 circumstances, i walked up to the room and the door card could not work. This happened in 2 different nights. I had to walk down and got it reset, but the staffs didnt bother to apologise for this. The first time it happened I was okay, but the second time it happened, I got pissed off, because it was a long walk from the room to the reception.
If you order food delivery, it will be a long walk to take your food at the reception.
If you got the rooms at the reception level, I'm sure it will be a great experience like the first time I was there in the Junior Suite, but this time it was not as pleasant.
Thumbs up though for the housekeeping, as the found out I had many shirts lying on the sofa, they brought a small clothes rack and hung my shirts.

CARLITAS BONDOCAn Amazing Stay – One of My Favorite Hotels in Bali
Overall, this hotel delivered on every aspect that mattered to me—warm and genuine hospitality, an excellent breakfast, spacious rooms, thoughtful sustainability practices, and a location that's close to everything without feeling overly crowded.
I stayed here for a week for work, and by the end of my trip, I honestly didn't want to leave. The hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Satya, who escorted us to our rooms after a long and tiring flight. Since we arrived before the official check-in time, the team kindly prepared one of our rooms early so we could freshen up and get some rest while waiting for the others. It was a small gesture that made a huge difference after traveling.
Breakfast
One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because so many reviews praised the breakfast, and now I completely understand why.
Breakfast became one of the highlights of my stay. There was plenty of variety every morning, from freshly cooked eggs to delicious local Indonesian dishes. I also appreciated that breakfast is served until 11:00 AM, which is quite common in Bali and perfect if you've had a late night or arrived early from a flight. In our case, we were able to enjoy breakfast before our rooms were ready.
The breakfast team was incredibly accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. Their hospitality set the tone for the rest of our stay.
A few favorites that I looked forward to every morning:
The fresh acai bowl
The turmeric wellness shot
Great coffee selections, from espresso to café mocha
Everything was fresh, plentiful, and a great way to start a busy day.
The lagoon pool looked beautiful, although I wasn't able to use it because it closes at 7:00 PM. Thankfully, the rooftop pool stays open until 10:00 PM, and I managed to enjoy a relaxing evening swim. The water was warm, and the atmosphere was peaceful after a full day of work.
One thing I really appreciated was the hotel's sustainable design. Only the guest rooms are air-conditioned, while the hallways and common areas are naturally ventilated. It keeps the rooms comfortable while reducing unnecessary energy use—a thoughtful approach that I hope more hotels adopt.
For me, this location was much better than staying along Sunset Road. It felt more local while still being incredibly convenient.
Within just a few minutes' walk, you'll find:
Two convenience stores
Plenty of affordable massage and spa options
A shopping mall
Kuta Beach
Getting around was also easy with Grab and Gojek available whenever we needed them.
Room Service
Room service deserves a mention because it was impressively fast. Every request arrived much quicker than I expected.

Rice-xinOur stay in Bali this time was incredibly comfortable and pleasant! A special thanks to Adinda and Anggi, who provided exceptional and thoughtful service throughout our entire stay. They were always patient and helpful with any questions we had, and their attitude was both gentle and professional. The hotel environment was also fantastic – the rooms were clean and tidy, and the common areas were meticulously maintained, making for a truly comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel; I'll be suggesting it to all my friends who visit in the future!

The hotel has a great location and some of the staff (most of them) are very friendly and kind.
We traveled as a family of 3 and when we came to so the check in the receptionist told us that our booking needed to pay extra for the 3rd person, which in trip.com I already paid and booked breakfast for 3 so was kinda disappointed and unfair. The staff told us to pay jut for the 3rd person breakfast since was a problem from trip.com, maybe if you are traveling you need to confirm this with both trip and the hotel to avoid this situation.
Honestly the hotel needs to improve the cleanest of the bed sheets and towels, the towels looked so old and dirty, and the bed sheets were smelly as humidity. I know the area has humidity but we stayed in another hotel nearby before and no problem at all with it.
Nice hotel for few days because of the location but you can think about it if you don’t like this humidity smell.

Dan_Travels_077Really nice hotel, excellent value. I was only there for 1 night, but wish it was longer. Great location nearby the airport and plenty around the local area.
Room was very spacious and well equipped.
The stand out was the food from the room service, which was very inexpensive, and was exceptional (pictured), would highly recommend.
Staff all polite and friendly.

We love heritage buildings and vintage style, so these little bungalows were perfect for us. They were a little walk away from the reception (no buggy!) which meant so peaceful and quiet! Gorgeous wooden bedroom and bathroom. The shower is a little outdated and when I first turned it on there was a sulphuric smell which was a bit concerning. Basically, if you like rustic, no frills, no extra service etc then these are a lovely cute experience. However, if you want luxury and are squeamish about old style open homes, this isn't for you. Breakfast was very basic so we generally ate out. The main receptionist was a lovely gentlemen, a very quick registration and we were in! Rooms were clean and nice and dark for a cosy sleep at night.
