Aaron (阿儒)If you're looking for a peaceful getaway that's still within reach of local attractions, this hotel is an excellent choice. It's tucked away in a quiet location, but there are plenty of things to do nearby. The zoo and several shopping malls are a taxi ride away. Taxis are very affordable, and I highly recommend downloading the Grab app before you arrive as it's the easiest and cheapest way to get around.
If you stay here, I would definitely recommend booking one of the private pool villas. The villa was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and well maintained. The private pool was large, clean, and perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. It was easily the highlight of my stay.
The service was excellent throughout. The staff were polite, friendly, and always happy to help. The food was also delicious, and everything about the hotel made for a wonderful experience.
One thing to mention is that during my trip there was occasionally a smell of smoke from people burning rubbish and other materials in the area. This wasn't the hotel's fault, but it is something visitors should be aware of.
I absolutely loved my stay and will definitely be coming back. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali.

Glebushek_teacherUpon arrival, my mum and I were really surprised with the nice front garden . Looks like a real palace! The same view is inside - everything is full of grass, flowers, fountains. The hotel is so big that you can get lost during first days. The beach is well equipped with lots of facilities. However, it was a bit uncomfortable to stay there because of a lot of locals trying to sell you something every 10 minutes. I was really tired of saying “no thank you”. 5star hotel shouldn’t let this happen, it really disturbs from relaxing.
The service is really good, every time you need something - they do it immediately.
The internet however was really poor, and I couldn’t even call my family because the connection was really slow. One more thing we didn’t like - the breakfast. It didn’t look unique , not for a 5star hotel as well. I have experienced a lot so far, but at Ayodya I was even hungry after breakfast. Average home made breakfast isn’t something you want to have during the luxurious holiday. Sushi was a real “shame”, the pastry wasn’t tasty at all.
The rooms were excellent , with balconies. Everyday cleaning was good. Thank you for positive emotions, we will definitely recommend your hotel. Hopefully you will improve your cuisine in the future.

We had such an amazing family holiday! This might have been our fav resort yet! My 2 year old couldn’t get enough of the outdoor waterpark. It was so relaxing as parents to watch your kid play and us just sit by the park area having a bite to eat in peace! The staff are amazing and took care of us the whole trip.
The rooms were super clean and new.
Restaurant options were fantastic. Breakfast options were superb! Western and Asian. Even fresh pizza in the morning
Kids area blew our minds! You are able to drop off your kid for the staff to watch them (4 years +)
Great pools that are clean.
You can ride a bike around the complex - all flat and was able to ride around to other hotels.
You can walk to to the Bali collection within 10 mins to grab a bit to eat and have a massage.
Overall will come back in a heartbeat

Guest UserWe loved this hotel, large clean rooms and beds with free bottled water, free minibar (3 cans of soft drink per day), and a great pool area with lounge chairs, floating cushions and a pool bar. I’m coeliac, and the breakfast was amazing. Eri was so lovely and helped me to order a gluten free breakfast every day, plus the selection was huge. The gym was nice, with water and towels provided.

MARIMIEHad the best resort experience! We had such a wonderful time, surrounded by vast, sprawling shores, a huge pool, and lush greenery – truly a rich and healing experience. I highly recommend it for a fantastic escape from the everyday. The room cleanliness was superb. The amenities were a bit basic, so it would be perfect if they were a little more extensive. The staff's service level was, as expected from Hilton quality, absolutely top-notch. It's a hotel I'd love to visit again!

The room was fantastic, with brand-new appliances. Service via WhatsApp was almost instantaneous. It's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, so nights are peaceful. Right downstairs is a shopping center, so you have everything you need for daily life and entertainment even if you don't step out.
If I had to pick a downside, one would be the air conditioning outdoor unit noise in the rooms near the door, which might not suit light sleepers (though it was fine for kids). The other is that breakfast is served at Yello Hotel, a sister property. While the service was good, the breakfast itself was quite simple with limited options. After 7 days, I honestly lost my appetite, perhaps also because I'm not used to the heavily spiced Indonesian food.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel from March 18th to 29th and absolutely loved it! Great location, excellent and compact grounds, and friendly staff! 😇 We had the ”All-Inclusive. Basic” package, which meant we could visit all restaurants, including the à la carte ones, as well as the coffee shop with its top-notch coffee ☕️, the poolside bar, and the beach bar with its delicious coconuts 🥥 and rum ice cream 🍨😋🤤. I also want to highlight the à la carte restaurant ”Amarta” for its amazing dishes and desserts 🍰😋. As for the beach: there were always free sun loungers and umbrellas available, no matter what time we arrived 🙏, and the ocean here is probably one of the calmest on the entire Nusa Dua coast, as there aren't strong waves! 🌊 On the beach, there's a ”Water Sport” shack where you can find water activities for every taste! With our package, we even got free kayak rides 🛶. The hotel also offers bicycle rentals, which were free for all-inclusive guests. I also want to commend the cleanliness of all hotel staff; they meticulously wiped down the ceiling beams of the beach restaurant daily 😱, it was truly shocking! 👍🆒 I definitely recommend this hotel; it's worth every penny! 😍🥰😘❤️

This hotel is a very good choice 👍🏼 I am a little picky, but here’s my review:
Pros:
✅ No damp smell, well ventilated ( I was worried about this)
✅ No insects in the room. There might be some geckos 🦎 (which is normal and expected) but I didn’t see any.
✅ Very clean in general
✅ Comfortable bed
✅ The service is amazing
✅ The staff is very friendly and helpful
✅ The breakfast is very good, there are plenty of choices.
✅ Their restaurant is also very good, in case you don’t want to go out of the resort.
✅ The vibe at the beach is nice and if you like water sports it is also good.
✅ The pool is huge and very nice
✅ Reasonable price (but it will depend on the season and demand)
Cons:
😑 Sound proof can be better, one can hear everyone from the pool (the sound enters from the main door)
😑 The beach is not the best for swimming, and is a bit dirty in general (not the hotel’s fault)
😑 The gym can be better as there are only 3 machines (spinning, treadmill and elliptical) the dumbbells are fine
✅😄 Overall, recommended! I was happy with my stay at this hotel!
It is good to give it a try!

I originally booked a sea-view pool suite, but the hotel upgraded me directly to the Devara Penthouse Suite. It's a two-story duplex, with a huge private pool and a small garden overlooking a partial sea view upstairs, and the living room facing a 180-degree sea view. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms; the master bedroom has a massive bathroom, and the second bedroom has two single beds, though unfortunately, my child was too scared to sleep alone. However, the hotel might still be under renovation, as the bedding and room hygiene, as well as the private pool, weren't very clean. On the bright side, the hotel's public pool had an amazing view, and we had it all to ourselves!
