Bali Hotels with Hot Tub

Here's a detailed review of my stay: Location & Transportation: The hotel's location is strategic, with easy walking access to the bustling commercial street, offering a plethora of dining and shopping options. Despite being somewhat hidden down a lane, the staff provides a warm welcome at the entrance and offers a shuttle service to ensure guests arrive comfortably. Service & Amenities: 1. Check-in Experience: The one-on-one reception service during check-in was impeccable, including welcome drinks, energy balls, a kettle, and an eco-friendly bag as welcome gifts. The rooms are bright and immaculately clean, with a strong emphasis on eco-friendliness, evident in items like the eco-paper tissue box and reusable water bottles. 2. Room Facilities: The rooms are compact yet modern, featuring a comfortable wooden soaking tub and DIY cocktail-making facilities, including ice cubes and various mixers. Additionally, the rooms are stocked with sunscreen, aloe vera gel, and hand-ground coffee tools, showcasing the hotel's attention to detail. 3. Entertainment & Activities: The hotel boasts facilities such as an infinity pool, gym, and library, all accessible to guests for free. Regular events like music festivals and yoga sessions further enrich the stay. Dining & Cuisine: The hotel houses multiple restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, including Indonesian, Italian, and Western dishes. Breakfast is served in a à la carte style, with an extensive selection of dishes and beverages, including smoothies and yogurt bowls. The Beach Club is also a fantastic spot to enjoy food and views. Unique Selling Points: 1. Arriving at the hotel I immediately smelled the mould. The hotel is beautiful but smells. We were kindly received at the door, they picked up our luggage, and served us a welcome drink while we did the check in. I started to sneeze and my nose clogged so I explained I was allergic to dust and I would like a room with more sunlight and wind. When we entered the room the musty smell was unbearable. I immediately complained and they promptly found another room without carpets. I believe it was an upgrade. They also sent us an apology card with fruits and chocolates. Unfortunately, the new room was still smelly, not as smelly as the first one, but we accepted as we were super tired and didn’t want to wait any longer. Here are my pros and cons: Pros: Shower pressure was fantastic Breakfast was great, they had options like avocado toast, salmon bagel, burritos, and a variety of international options Bed was comfortable Swimming pool Temperature was perfect and the bar very convenient with great drinks Beach is clean and not crowded Sunset is beautiful The restaurants had a good environment and good food. A bit pricey, but overall worth it. Cons: Mould. This is actually the only reason I wouldn’t go back to this hotel. The smell is in the room and the entrance mainly. The rest of the areas are okay. This hotel was built in 1993, so I have to say that if it wasn’t for that, the hotel would be in amazing condition. Service by the pool was very slow, my husband tried to get a beer first thing when he arrived and only after calling the waiter twice they brought him the beer, but it was room temperature! 😞 Coconut water and beer were not cold, they actually offered ice, but it just made it watery and tasteless. Bike rental can only be used inside the hotel, and they don’t tell you that when you rent it. I tried to go out to cycle in the surrounding area and they didn’t allow me to go. After complaining, the charged me half price for the rent. I only used inside the hotel and at the beach in front of the hotel. Concierge service was very slow and inefficient. He didn’t have packages to offer, photos, or videos. Everything was searched on Google right in front of us. The only option given was a private driver that could take us anywhere we wanted to go. The problem is that we didn’t know the places, so we were expecting a better introduction to the island and the activities. We ended up doing our own research and hiring the driver. Transfer from hotel to airport costs 430,000 RP, but if you get a grab (similar to Uber/Didi) it will cost you less than 80,000 RP. Overall, the hotel is a good option if you can tolerate the smell. That’s the only reason I wouldn’t recommend it. Otherwise it was a great stay for the price.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the room was pretty. Some parts of room were run down and the jacuzzi could have been cleaner but overall we were satisfied with our stay. I'd recommend blinds for the bathroom patio door. It was so bright in the morning it was hard to sleep and better A/C as room was very hot. Thank you again

Our stay for one night was very good thanks to the staff super welcoming. The breakfast is simply awesome (multiple cuisines). The service at the beach is good as well. We got the chance to do a late checkout due to our late flight (still useful). The only negative point was the garden view which not really a nice garden view. Our room number was 4115. In any case, we recommend this hotel.

Tucked away in a quaint village far from the maddening crowds in Canggu et al, this is a retreat to recharge and get away from it all. The property is architecturally interesting and the room is unusually vertical, designed as a treehouse, with a bathtub and open air relaxing area at the top. The infinity pool is surprisingly deep, and there is a natural cascading waterfall right in front of it. Absolutely hidden gem of a place.

I stay here at least once every time I come to Bali! They always remember you when you come back. The hotel feels like home. Excellent breakfast with enough variety that everyone can find something to suit their tastes. Great central location for traveling to different areas around Bali as well. Two thumbs up!

The male receptionist was very friendly, chatty and helpful. The accommodation is great for a couple for a short term stay as it is quite small with the bedroom space. I enjoyed the outdoor setting with a hammock, pool, bathtub and a functional kitchen with filtered water (hot and cold). What could have been improved is the cleanliness of the swimming pool as there were long black hair and the pool looks dirty, the hot water didn't work temporarily but they attended to get it fixed which is a good thing and the breakfast request for vegan wasn't delivered the way I requested and they cooked eggs and gave croissants. I think English isn't so great with the staff for this breakfast request to be executed well and the waiter forgot to bring a juice but was able to provide when I contacted reception that a juice was missing. Attention to detail can be improved here. Location is great because it's away from the main road and walking distance to eateries and shops.

Overall, the Hilton Bali Resort is a great choice for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Bali. It offers a wide range of amenities and activities, making it suitable for families, couples, or groups of friends.

The room has enough space for two. Comfortable enough. Kettler, coffee maker, iron provided in the room. But nothing special. My room’s view is trash (literally trash), so I closed the curtain all the time. I don’t like the bathroom layout that looks more like budget hotels to save space. My door lock was damaged and I was too lazy to call them since I only stayed one night. I brought a sciccor in my luggage and they didn’t let me bring it in the room (they checked by x-ray). Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Location is good, 800meters only to Beachwalk.
