Hard Rock Hotel Bali

We are a family of 4, 2 adult 2 kids stayed in room 5307. The room itself is far from a 5 star hotel. Cracks on the wall, smell and stains on the old carpet, mouldy on the floor tile gaps, and some unknown marks. There’s also a funky smell as soon as we entered the room. But due to the high occupancy at the time, we just had to accept it. We went kids club on the second day, there’s a chubby lady at Roxity kids club who definitely needs more training. She has a good ability to screw up people’s holiday. I ask: because my daughter is 9, can they stay together in here? We will watch them. She say: no, he ( my son) is under age, he can’t stay. AND THIS IS ACTUALLY A PAY SERVICE, ITS 100k PER HOUR PER KID(She say that with a funny smile). I replied: ok, so can he go in now? She replied: no! She act like I wouldn’t spend the money on my kids! IF YOU JUST CAN’T LET MY SON IN, WHY BOTHER MENTIONING THE PRICE?!!! SHE SAY THAT ON MY FACE IN FRONT OF MY SON AND MY NANNY!!! We were so uncomfortable! My son was crying! In conclusion, families come to here for the facilities and kids friendly environment, this is absolutely not ok 👎 I heard another family complaining at the reception when I checked in, didn’t put into heart much, now I learned my lesson! However, location is good. Reception ladies were nice, and kids love the pool facilities.

We had a wonderful stay at Hard Rock Hotel Bali with our toddler and would happily return. The hotel is incredibly family-friendly, with one of the best pool areas we’ve seen in Bali. The large lagoon-style pool, kids’ splash areas, and daily activities kept our daughter entertained every day. The location is excellent—right across from Kuta Beach and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. Despite being in a busy area, the resort itself felt safe, secure, and well organized. Our room was comfortable, clean, and serviced promptly each day. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of both Indonesian and Western options, and we appreciated how easy it was to find food suitable for a toddler.

Highly recommend HR Hotel! This hotel exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in some of the most expensive and luxurious resorts and hotels around the world but this one gives a great mixture of luxury, peaceful, serene all at once. For a family friendly spot, it’s one of the best we’ve stayed at here in Bali. The adults enjoyed it just as much as our 7 year old. We booked the premium two queen room but the amazing Dion at reception upgraded us to the premium king room - pool view as I wanted a nice view and it was perfect for our family as it came with a trundle bed. All the staff are friendly and lovely to deal with, from reception to restaurant, pool and housekeeping. Shout out to Dermika our housekeeper, you’ll see one of the pictures has one of his amazing towel masterpieces. We loved this place so much, we’ve already booked our next holiday staying here again hehe.

Just across the Kuta beach. Big swimming pool. Breakfast could do better. Staffs are friendly
