Hard Rock Hotel provide all what kids want. The pool access was great and all services were superb and affordable.

We enjoyed the stay, hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The small indoor playground for kids wasn’t well maintained. Toys were old and broken, there were storage stuff around the room that looked dusty and messy. One kid’s tent even looked moldy. Breakfast selection was average. Overall, for the price paid I’d think it’s worth it! Short walk to Kuta beach, with many restaurants, massage places nearby.

The location of the hotel is perfect which just a few minutes walk to Kuta Beach and the shopping mall. The staff are very friendly and the swimming pools are quite big. The water pressure of the bathroom is very perfect. For the breakfast, if one do not have great expectation, it will be all right. A short stay is recommended.

Great hotel for families with kids thanks to the slides. Water park is really only for little kids. Premium rooms are spacious but could do with much better storage. Hotel prices are ok it’s the service and tax on top that gets you. Downside this time was work being done to hotel driveway meaning drilling and stone cutting all day and very noisy round the pool.

We stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Bali with our parents and children. It turned out to be one of the most family-friendly resorts we’ve ever experienced.
The hotel’s location is unbeatable, it is just right opposite Kuta Beach and just steps away from plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes. It made getting around with kids so convenient whether for beach time, meals, or a short stroll to explore.
The highlight for our children was definitely the pool area, it’s massive with shallow sections and splash zones perfect for younger kids. The waterslides and play area kept them entertained for hours.
One of the surprises we loved was the complimentary family photo shoot, such a thoughtful way to capture memories of our trip!
Before we left Bali, we were also treated to complimentary drinks at the Hard Rock Café in the airport

Great super pool. Even have built-in sandy beach volleyball.
Sand spills into pool, feel great walking on it.

It was our first hard rock hotel experience and it exceeded our expectations. Breakfast buffet was a spread. There were plenty of activities to do. The swimming pool had so many slides and fun beach pool area for water sports. The service staff were polite and friendly. We even took a professional Photoshoot and had an album printed for keepsake. With free welcome drinks, easy access to beach and walking distance to a superb modern mall which had plenty of well known brands such as H&M, Uniqlo and halal food, it’s a no brainer that this hotel was family friendly and conducive! We would definitely return in a heartbeat.
