A really beautiful stay at Aksari. All of the staff were truly wonderful, with special mention to Ayu, Oktq and the reception team for always being accommodating and to Awan for outstanding service in the restaurant and bar. Awan truly stood out. Our room was beyond beautiful, clean and we slept perfectly every night. We enjoyed time on our balcony with the included coffee. The pool is very scenic, surrounded by jungle and the sounds of the river below. We spent one full day enjoying the pool and it was ideal. Two days of our stay we spent exploring Ubud on long tours, and it was refreshing to return back to the hotel in the evening. We ate in both restaurants - great food and good vegetarian options. I imagine with an expanded vegetarian menu this will continue to be a popular spot for guests. We also took part in the free mocktail making activity which was great fun and delicious! Overall, we loved our 4-night stay and would happily return again.

Ayana boasts four hotels with different styles, offering breakfast at three distinct restaurants and nearly 30 more dining and bar options for other meals – a true culinary delight. Their all-day shuttle service efficiently transports guests to pools, restaurants, and museums, making it incredibly convenient. Room replenishment is also very prompt. Honestly, I can't think of any downsides. If only the price were a bit more favorable, it would be absolutely perfect, haha.

[ Professionals who welcome you like a real friend ] My stay at Sanglung Villa in Bali was absolutely flawless. The villa itself is of incredibly high quality, but what truly stole my heart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. It was wonderful to see how the local staff from the village worked together like a close-knit family, yet maintained an incredibly high level of professionalism and systematic efficiency. They operate like a well-oiled machine while keeping a warm, welcoming vibe. I especially want to give a massive shoutout to “Anggreni”—management absolutely needs to recognize what an invaluable asset she is to this property. Even though her shift officially ends at 10 PM, I personally saw her working well past 11 PM, going completely above and beyond to look after the guests with unmatched attentiveness. Her professional mindset, pure dedication, and genuine human-to-human kindness left me in absolute awe. It wasn't just good service; it was inspiring passion. Thank you to Anggreni and the entire Sanglung Villa team for making my stay unforgettable. I will definitely be back!

Amazing and flawless 10/10 stay at The Westin Ubud Bali. It’s the kind of place where you instantly slow down and just breathe and experience a place you can relax, be well and rise every day feeling better than the next. The food is exceptional across the board—thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and consistently delicious. Every meal felt like a highlight and Sebastian takes pride and care with his team and the high food quality standards. Untuk kamar bagus dan nyaman, sangat disayangkan dari semua colokan yang hanya bisa dipakai 2 saja dan kabel roll tambahan juga tidak bisa dipakai. Untuk pemandangan bagus dan kolamnya air hangat tetapi pelayanan makanan lama sekali hampir 2 jam saya menunggu dan makanan saat datang sudah tidak panas, saat makanan datang pun tidak ada penjelasan mengapa makanan sangat lama datang padahal yang menginap hanya 2 room saja.

A good option with a great pool. Breakfasts are varied, including a fruit plate or juice, a full teapot, and coffee, and you can request extra tea and coffee. The room is spacious, with a closet, safe, kettle, tea, and coffee. The only thing is the toilet smells.

I was actually a bit worried because previous reviews had a lot of complaints about the hot tub. However, once we arrived, it turns out Bobocabin has made improvements. We were able to enjoy the Kintamani hot springs privately, right next to our cabin, with a view of the lake to boot. The only downside is that the road to the location is quite narrow and not in good condition if you're driving. Don't be surprised by the many flies, as this is typical of Kintamani.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel, nestled in the Ubud jungle. Our small, minimalist bungalows, with their panoramic windows, offered stunning views of the Balinese nature. The gentle babbling of the stream and the singing of birds provided a sense of complete tranquility. Inside, the modern amenities included smart lighting control, privacy glass, music accessible via a tablet, hot water, and a jacuzzi. In the evenings, they lit a bonfire for us for just 35,000 IDR. Breakfast was delivered directly to our bungalow, and the reception always had complimentary drinks, tea, coffee, and snacks available. We were greeted by adorable kittens on the property, which we even fed milk to. This place is perfect for a secluded retreat in nature. I wholeheartedly recommend it, a definite 10/10!

The cleanliness is poor, the room is not cleaned. A large number of flies, very large. But this is in the whole village and even on the Batur volcano. However, the owner's attention covers everything, the owner is very hospitable and attentive! If they tighten up the cleaning, it will be 5+

For a couple of days, a good hotel. You can rent a bike at the hotel for 70K, there is a diving center nearby. You can order a transfer to the airport, since it is difficult to find a taxi in this area. I ordered to the airport for 700K. The room is spacious, there is air conditioning, hot water and that's it. The room is not cleaned. You can eat in the cafe near the hotel. The prices are reasonable. The cafe is open until 10 pm. The ocean is about 40 meters from the hotel.
