11200407Ayana boasts four hotels with different styles, offering breakfast at three distinct restaurants and nearly 30 more dining and bar options for other meals – a true culinary delight. Their all-day shuttle service efficiently transports guests to pools, restaurants, and museums, making it incredibly convenient. Room replenishment is also very prompt. Honestly, I can't think of any downsides. If only the price were a bit more favorable, it would be absolutely perfect, haha.

My stay at Sanglung Villa in Bali was absolutely flawless. The villa itself is of incredibly high quality, but what truly stole my heart was the exceptional service provided by the staff.
It was wonderful to see how the local staff from the village worked together like a close-knit family, yet maintained an incredibly high level of professionalism and systematic efficiency. They operate like a well-oiled machine while keeping a warm, welcoming vibe.
I especially want to give a massive shoutout to “Anggreni”—management absolutely needs to recognize what an invaluable asset she is to this property.
Even though her shift officially ends at 10 PM, I personally saw her working well past 11 PM, going completely above and beyond to look after the guests with unmatched attentiveness.
Her professional mindset, pure dedication, and genuine human-to-human kindness left me in absolute awe. It wasn't just good service; it was inspiring passion. Thank you to Anggreni and the entire Sanglung Villa team for making my stay unforgettable. I will definitely be back!

It’s the kind of place where you instantly slow down and just breathe and experience a place you can relax, be well and rise every day feeling better than the next.
The food is exceptional across the board—thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and consistently delicious. Every meal felt like a highlight and Sebastian takes pride and care with his team and the high food quality standards.
What truly sets this property apart, though, is the passionate Westin associates that Go Beyond! The entire team operates at an incredibly high level, and it shows in every interaction. HHong AliceIt was cloudy when we arrived, but the next morning, we woke up to a beautiful sunny view from the cabin. The place is peaceful and perfect for relaxing in nature. The cabin itself is cozy, and the view is really calming. If you’re hungry, just order food and it’ll be delivered right to your cabin—super easy and quick! 🤩 I’d love to come back again with my big family. Such a great spot!

The host services has been exceptional, they are very friendly, attentive to our request, food was great too.
Their private pool for each of their villa comes with hotspring water! Which was the best experience overlooking the padi field and unwind at its best.
Will definitely come back again if im ever visiting Bali!

SSIARHEI BALIWe had a wonderful time at this hotel, nestled in the Ubud jungle. Our small, minimalist bungalows, with their panoramic windows, offered stunning views of the Balinese nature. The gentle babbling of the stream and the singing of birds provided a sense of complete tranquility. Inside, the modern amenities included smart lighting control, privacy glass, music accessible via a tablet, hot water, and a jacuzzi. In the evenings, they lit a bonfire for us for just 35,000 IDR. Breakfast was delivered directly to our bungalow, and the reception always had complimentary drinks, tea, coffee, and snacks available. We were greeted by adorable kittens on the property, which we even fed milk to. This place is perfect for a secluded retreat in nature. I wholeheartedly recommend it, a definite 10/10!

GGuest UserGetting there is quite an adventure) the audibility is just as if the owners are sleeping in your bed with all the animals) the shower pipe is from the wall))) fortunately we were in this hotel for one night, we couldn’t stand it for the second! The hosts are responsive and kind, the pool with warm water was changed every day. Spent the night purely for the climb up the mountain

GGuest UserFor a couple of days, a good hotel. You can rent a bike at the hotel for 70K, there is a diving center nearby. You can order a transfer to the airport, since it is difficult to find a taxi in this area. I ordered to the airport for 700K. The room is spacious, there is air conditioning, hot water and that's it. The room is not cleaned. You can eat in the cafe near the hotel. The prices are reasonable. The cafe is open until 10 pm. The ocean is about 40 meters from the hotel.
