The room is very small and very dark, not enough lighting. TV is faulty. Even though they sent up their people to fix but it still down. No further action after that. Staff wasn't very helpful and friendly. The location is great, and the cleanliness is acceptable.

You can call to make a reservation one day before departure. The transfer time is usually on the hour. There is also a transfer from the hotel to the Ocean Park. It is very convenient for you who want to have a relaxing trip. The car is in high condition and the interior is clean and tidy. The reception driver is very serious and polite. Great value for what is offered. The location is not near the city center, but a good retreat in a quiet area. Great hospitality, everyone was so cordial, and good breakfast buffet. The rec center was cool. Must bring own toiletries but you can ask for robe, extra towels, etc.

Beautiful hotel with excellent amenities for everyone! Hot spring in room was definitely an added bonus… Breakfast and Dinner buffets was one of the best I’ve had this trip with huge selection of quality produce. Thank you for an amazing restful trip!

There are not many places for breakfast, you have to wait, and there are not many meals left, the food is served slowly, there are not many items, it is very ordinary, I am very disappointed with the breakfast. The room was OK, surprisingly big.

Have been to Taipei many times and previously been staying near Taipei main station. It was my first stay around Banqiao and first at this hotel. While definitely not as convenient a location relative to the main station, it was still quite a short MRT ride to popular tourist spots like ximending. The room was huge, clean and comfortable. The rooftop swimming pool was also nice and not crowded. All in all an excellent hotel that i would recommend and likely book when i visit Taipei again.

Stay for three nights,too early to check in when we got there, got free snacks and drinks at the poolside bar while we waited. Room is huge and staffs are friendly and helpful. Closed to light rail station and most attractions.

So why was the cleanliness and service poor. Firstly as being a weekend the price was doubled. Checked in and found the room attendants cleaning cloth in the bathroom drawer. Ok this probably was a mistake so why did the carpet need another vacuum after finding multiple crumbs! Made a complaint to the reception staff and they resent the room staff to revacuum. No compensation was offered. I won't stay here again.

The hotel is very close to the station and main bus station, from which it's possible to reach Taroko National Park. So very convenient for trips outside of Hualien. Not very close to the seaside, night market and city center, but you can easily reach them by bus. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was quite essential, food was not great, and only available from 7 am. Had a good stay overall.
