There was an issue with the first room we were placed in when we first arrived. But in less than 10 minutes we had already been checked into a new room and had finished unpacking for the stay.

Voor de derde nacht van ons verblijf in het America's Best Value Inn and Suites Melbourne kregen we helaas een kamer toegewezen met een zeer onaangename geur. Dit was uiteraard niet ideaal, maar het personeel reageerde snel en professioneel toen we het meldde. We ontvingen direct hun excuses en werden zonder problemen naar een andere kamer verplaatst, die helemaal in orde was. Deze snelle en nette oplossing zorgde ervoor dat dit kleine ongemak geen verdere invloed had op ons verblijf. Verder was het verblijf wederom aangenaam. De kamer was schoon en goed verzorgd, en de medewerkers bleven uiterst vriendelijk en attent, zoals we al eerder hadden ervaren. De aanwezigheid van wasbeertjes rondom het motel was ook deze nacht weer een leuk extraatje, die het verblijf toch iets unieks gaf. Al met al was dit verblijf weer goed opgelost en naar verwachting, ondanks het tijdelijke ongemak met de geur. Het motel biedt een prima prijs-kwaliteitverhouding met uitstekende service.

I only stayed for one night for a layover before my cruise. The room was very big! Great value for your money. It was also clean. There was a couch and a huge bed. A bath and a lot of space to walk in, which was nice. There were quite a lot of sketchy and big spots on the mirror, bath, floor and ceiling. And we all need to stop calling a bag with an apple and an energy bar “breakfast included”. That’s not breakfast.

They told me I smoked cigarettes in the room when I never put a cigarette to my lips ever in my life. The entire staff smokes cigarettes… how would they REALLY be able to tell anyway? Roaches are prominent in the room as well.

Everything was perfect location was great and quiet The outside was very well-kept. The rooms were very clean. The price was outstanding. It wasn’t very busy in the staff was amazing 10 out of 10. We will be back in close to everything.

The landscaping was extremely well maintain, the service was curtious and effecient but the small in the two rooms that we were offered was discusting; it smell way beyond humidity, it actually smelled moldy. We were offered a first room and after entering it less then à minutes, we decided that were not gonna stay there so we shared the reason with the front desk employé wh8ch was very undestanding and changed our room right awaya but the second room smell was just as bad. That was a big turn off for us. The breakfast offer was prettu basic but ok. Only there was barely no air conditionned seats.

For the price of this hotel, it is in an excellent location and is very clean. During our stay, there were lots of things that weren’t working or were broken in the hotel, including the key card machine, so we were only given 1 key card for a room for 3 people. In our room, the bathroom door handle had been ripped off on the inside before we got there and one of our friends got locked inside with no way out. She tried multiple times on multiple numbers for the hotel/front desk and not a single one worked. They were either in Spanish and hung up immediately or were disconnected. Luckily she was able to get in touch with us to come and let her out (she was in the room alone) but that meant travelling back to the hotel from another location. We were told by the front desk after this incident that they would come and fix the door but they never did. The washing machines were also broken so we were only given 2 towels every few days between 3 people. If there hadn’t been so many things broken, it would have been a decent stay.

Basic accommodation. A bed and a shower, but it perfectly met my requirements. I'm not high maintenance! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable I might add.

I don't even know where to begin America's value downtown beautiful Sarasota Florida it's definitely one of a kind whether it's a steak Asian or a vacation. Customer service for desk are always so professional well-mannered and willing to help and will always go the extra mile. I've been saying it this room at least three times a week for less 2 months never have had an issue with a chicken or a dirty room anything of that matter they take pride in their building and they're exterior as well as their interior. They have rooms with non-smoking smoking poolside gardenside or even with a balcony standing room double room king size room double bed full bed so it's definitely worth the variety and it's such a great amazing price you must have a key to get inside the building to get to your room you must be fully checked in and have a key for your safety is taken into consideration as well on their behalf. In the front office is where you get your breakfast complimentary breakfast cereal coffee through orange juice apple juice they have as well. I got to say for their price they really do their job well to keep it great growing business keep up the good work and as always I love my stay with you it's my home away from home whether it's for a night movie or a month and I promise you won't be disappointed soda machine on site snack vending machine on site laundry last night as well as ice machine they carry Wi-Fi mini refrigerator and microwave as well what can I say it's like a mini apartment thank you for keeping everything so beautiful nice and as always I will keep coming back see you again soon this is definitely a five-star rating hotel in my eyes I promise you won't be disappointed.

Great trip! We stayed in unit 523 ,on the 22nd through 26th of Sept. 2022, there was an elevator just steps from our door and made it very convenient for my wife and Me to get to the pool “exited right by pool entrance and very close to beach access. There was a hot breakfast every morning , eggs, pancakes , and biscuits and gravy, which was very nice. All the staff we encountered were very courteous and friendly. They had activities for kids and adults at the pool area. Housekeeping was provided every day, they were very friendly. There was a daily extra resort fee of about $15.00 we had to pay upon arrival. Overall The Days Inn at PCB was a Great a stay. Would book again.

Customer service is always pleasant

Room smelled old and moldy. Bed was comfortable. Biggest complaint was the sounds of motorcycles because of the Motorcycle Club attached to hotel.

The hotel is located near the pier, very well located. Restaurants and markets around. wide parking. Breakfast coffee has the need. We don't use the pool, but the hotel offers guests. wide room, comfortable beds. We stayed on the ground, in front of the ice machine, so a little noisy.

The rooms are very clean

We stayed here the night before our cruise left Port Canaveral. Easy check in. Room was ready and very clean. The TV worked the first time. The best things were the comfortable mattress and the hot water in the shower the next morning. It was probably the best shower I have had in years. Can’t speak for other travelers but for the price, the room exceeded my expectations.

Very nice motel, loved our short stay there! Sparkly clean, modern & spacey room, super friendly & helpful service, great location. Definitely check out the beautiful scenice road along the river ride behinde the motel. Decently priced, very comfortable beds, nice free coffee and even free laundry. We also slept very nice in the comfy bed and had no issues with noise although it’s directly located on a big road and next to an active railroad. Overall, really recommended!

The hotel is in a good location with free parking and convenient transportation. It is about a 10-minute walk from the town center (where there are many restaurants). The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is a bit simple, mostly pre-made hamburgers, which are heated in the microwave.

Staff was completely supportive and responsive to all our needs and desires including room preference. When we stay in Titusville this is our go to place, thank you all so much and hope to see you again soon.
