Need to pay $25 for a underground parking otherwise take your own risk to park outside the hotel in the 1.5hrs parking zone. And even I paid in full, I still need to povide a credit card and got hold $100, refund will be in 4-5days after check out.

The restaurant at the hotel serves decent western/Italian food but services can be a bit slow. And too bad no breakfast served. But it does have a fancy fireplace and service staff were friendly and helpful. Really love the jacuzzi in the room! Would have loved to stay longer and enjoy the proximity to the beach.

The room is quite big and comfortable. You can cook your own meals. There are restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel is also very responsible. They will communicate with you by email before check-in. We arrived late and got the key directly from the password box.

We had a good time at Grand Hyatt during the summer - Christmas, boxing day test and Yarra Valley vineyard. Everything was very accessible from here. Especially the famous Lune cafe is just in front of the hotel. Make sure you get their corner units, it had a great panaroma view.
