Reception are really friendly and helpful, I arrived kinda early on the day and they already prepared the room for me.  The amenities are exceptional

I'm a solo traveller and I got the queen room with Wifi. The service in this place is great. From the reception to the servers and the chef everyday during breakfast, everyone has done a good job of making sure you have everything you need. I stayed for 4 nights. The only thing I did not like was there were a couple of pieces of hair on my bath tub when I arrived. I'm not a soaker so I wasn't really going to use the tub so just ran water through them and they were gone. The location is perfect, there is a 24h laundry, grocery store and convenience stores around. it's also just by different bus stops and 5 min walk from the nearest MTR. Would I stay here again? DEFINITELY YES! Would I recommend this place to friends and family? YES! :)

Great hotel in a good location near metro station. The hotel room is clean and it offers everything you need. The view is amazing and the staff is friendly and kind. You’ll have to wait a bit for checkin as the hotel has many rooms.

This hotel is excellent in our opinion. Location in the center, in 5 minutes by foot from a subway station. Rooms are large by Hong Kong standards and very clean. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were always exstensive and of top quality. The Internet connection was perfect all the time. There was a glass bottle in the room and you could always obtain drinking water in several places. The water flow in the bathroom was strong. We lived on 19th floor which provided a nice view from the window. Air conditioning was central and worked fine. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and next time when we visit Hong Kong we intend to stay there.

A very beautiful hotel. Everyone was friendly and very courteous. Loved the breakfast buffet, I'd go back just for that and the 'tall' restaurant head waited was amazing. The room we stayed in was very clean and efficient for me and my spouse. Would highly recommend to my friends for their stay in Hong Kong for my wife and I to stay again on a return trip someday. Such an awesome hotel with high service, the staff is so helpful and the location and the view is stunning. No mistakes found in this hotel its worth it and will come back again

The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room was well-insulated, so we didn't hear any noise from the outside, and the temperature control worked perfectly.

Very professional n friendly counter especially the lady serving me on arrival 9/4 morning. Didn't catch her name. This is the fourth time I am staying in this hotel in the last 3 years. Will stay here again.
