The room was comfortable, but cleanliness was an issue. The TV channels were difficult to use. I tried repeatedly to reach customer service via WhatsApp and phone calls, but received no response. Check-in instructions were only provided on the day I was due to check in. The location is strategic, close to shops in the city center. The elevators were fast. Security was good, and parking was convenient. The Ibis cafe was also enjoyable. However, the area leading to the parking lot felt quite run-down despite being new. It was full of cobwebs, and the lights weren't working.

Из плюсов только расположение 2 минуты от басстейшн Номера убитые ,очень старые ,сразу хочется сделать ремонт) Удивительно ,что написано построен в 24 году ,за год невозможно так убить помещение Да как будто жил в подъезде ,где тушат окурки об стену Спасибо парню на ресепшн ,что разрешил пожить 2 ночи без депозита

This stay is so convenicent, below the hotel there is emart, starbucks and McDonald. and it's just 20 minutes away from Airports.

Clean

The best place to stay, near the Siti Khadijah market, just walking distance. The room is spacious and can fit in 3 pax but I'm alone and it's so calm + clean. No obvious signboard but please look into the picture I attended here. This is the landmark.

Its good to have 2 bedroom for my family here. A good location with convenient store, hipster cafe and fast food store around the corner. Easy to get local food too at nearby hawkers. But then, inside the homestay dont have water filter, its a bonus if they have one. Dealing with the a bit frustrating because she/he didnt reply my message. as an example, i send message 12.00noon on Sunday, give a call but she replied at 12.00noon on monday after i contacted the director.

Satiesfied n very clean

The room is clean, there are mineral water provided & even dental kit for use. There are infinity swimming pool that faces the city view. Right below the residency there are convenient shops, restaurants & cafés.

Stay here for one night is a great experiences especially for family with kids. Me with family got a good time stayed here and definitely will repeat again. Kids having fun played at the swimming pool Level 6. Only at night time, not much lamp at the swimming pool side. Family with more than one car, need to pay extra, or you can pay 20myr for one day at the basement parking. Overall, all is good.
