The location was very convenient for sightseeing, with easy access from both MRT Taipei Main Station and Beimen Station.
Towels are available for rent for an additional fee.
Slippers are provided, and there is a shoe box area, which helped keep the space clean and comfortable.
In addition to the bathrooms inside the dormitory, there are also shared toilets and shower rooms located outside, which was convenient when the dormitory facilities were busy.
The staff were very kind and took the time to explain everything clearly. They also shared helpful information about nearby restaurants and how to get to MRT Taipei Main Station.

The staff here are incredibly kind and full of energy — you can really feel how welcoming they are the moment you arrive. We were also given a NT$100 breakfast voucher, and honestly, the breakfast was amazing. Fresh, tasty, and very satisfying — it was a great way to start the day.
Overall, a really comfortable stay with wonderful service. Would definitely come back!

TW Capsule is a clean and comfortable capsule hotel that offers great value for its affordable price. The space is quiet and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s rest. The capsules feel modern and private, and the shared facilities are tidy and convenient. Overall, it’s an excellent budget-friendly stay without sacrificing quality.

Overall, it was decent. The location is very convenient. My first impression was a little off because the mattress looked a bit old, but after checking, I found it was clean, so it wasn't a huge issue. The mirror above the sink was also a bit too small. For breakfast, I went down a bit late and there was hardly anything left. I hope these points can be improved.

Good location. 5 mins walk to the main bus and train stations, but a little far from the central area on foot, about 15-20 mins walk. Close to quite a lot of restaurants and cafés.
The room was okay, quite clean overall, but my room was on the 4th floor and there was no elevator, so I had to take the stairs every day.
The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The wifi could be improved.

We stayed in a double room, the window is in the attached bathroom. Good that it is equipped with night light and international sockets.
Indoor plastic slippers are provided, and no outside shoes are allowed at common areas.
Cleanliness is above average. Bath towels are provided for double room, it will be even better if hand towel is provided.

The location of this hostel was perfect, close to everything you need. The subway and the main train station are just a 3–5 minute walk away, which is ideal if you have larger luggage, as I did.
There is a common area with everything you might need, and coffee and tea are served at breakfast time. The room I stayed in was very clean and spacious enough, with your own locker and comfortable bed.
The ladies at the reception are very friendly, speak English, and are always ready to help.
The restroom has a private toilet and shower in the same space, which I found very comfortable and convenient.
I would definitely stay here again!

Nice hostel in Taipei. Comfortable three story bed bunks. The hostel is located in a fine old building in a nice area of central Taipei. Lots of wonderful eateries nearby also for vegetarians. The bathrooms are in another part of the building which is a bit of a drag, but the hostel has fine common areas and dorms. It would have cost less in most other Asian places, but in Taipei this is very good value for the money. Safely recommended.

This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. It was very spacious and the staff were very friendly and approachable. The room was very clean and everything was well prepared. We were also able to check in early as we arrived slightly earlier than planned. Our stay indeed felt like we were in a spa house. No complaints at all. There is a jap restaurant just beside the hotel and it served amazing food and drinks. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

EEthanchanStrategically located at Taipei main station, the heartland of Taipei where all attractions can be gone to with ease.
Didn’t expect a lot from hostel. They can do daily cleaning. Disinfection when necessary and a good job done.
Breakfast is simple. Everyone loves it.
LLengLeng323Location: Super close to Taipei Main Station, just turn left after exiting Z2 from the underground mall and cross one traffic light. There are also many eateries nearby, which is very convenient.
Cleanliness: This hostel is quite particular about environmental hygiene. I personally found it very clean, even the toilets and bathrooms.
Service: The front desk staff are all great. Since there are more Southeast Asian travelers, communication in English is generally fine, and their accents are quite American (thumbs up! 👍).
Overall: This time I booked a female dorm room with four beds. The room space was unexpectedly small, but the locker could fit a small suitcase, which was fine. Eating in the room is not allowed, only in the common area, which is reasonable as most hotels are like this. If you're just staying for a short while, I think this place is great and very affordable, plus the location is good. However, it's not ideal for business travel, unless you can book a private room (they do have non-dorm rooms).
VVXLIAlocation was convenient to the train station but it was hard waiting for the lifts to get to the lobby/rooms. toilets could be more well-maintained as there was a little bit of mould but the room was very spacious and clean.
SSiva Rama 256Check in takes only 5 minutes and check out much more faster with 10 seconds with a self check out machine that will suck in your room card.
Check in gets faster with your reply to the property telling them what type of room you have booked and what time you'll arrive. With booming businesses and too many bookings, the staff might get entangled in mess, so partially you reply is helping them to get grounded and avoid mistakes.
The property is clean, neat, nice and next to easy transport and family mart and 7e.
HHana WinI stayed at 85 Cape Inn in Kaohsiung for two nights and had an amazing experience. The staff offered warm and friendly service, and I was pleasantly upgraded upon arrival. The room was comfortable and clean. Its location is excellent, close to major attractions ( Dream mall, Night Market, Dome, Cijin Island,Dragon Tiger Temple)and convenient transport options (Green or Red MRT, Ferry Terminal).

YYH_AllenI did not expect this accommodation to be a motel based on its Chinese name, so it was a bit of a surprise when I checked in.
The location is very convenient, which is a big plus. However, the overall environment had a slight smell of cigarette smoke. The room itself was spacious, but for guests arriving on foot, the access route is not very intuitive—you need to go down to the basement first and then enter through the parking garage, which makes the circulation feel somewhat inconvenient.
GGuest UserThe young man at the front desk was super helpful and attentive! Thank you for your sincere service in solving my booking issue! Five-star service, I'll definitely be back to stay here again next time I come for a concert!
SShuxiaThe location is fantastic, right behind Shin Kong Mitsukoshi. The elevators and front desk area look a bit dated, but the staff were decent. They put a large bed in the room, but because the room was small and the duvet wasn't warm enough, I got cold in the middle of the night and had to turn off the air conditioning. The kettle had dust and limescale marks. However, the bathroom was really clean, and the toilet was modern. I was genuinely surprised and impressed that the shower had two types of showerheads. It's a very good budget hotel. I'd definitely consider staying here again in the future.
MM516343****This is a very convenient location with plenty of food and entertainment options nearby. The young men and women at the front desk were incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, thoughtful, and attentive. They helped us plan our itinerary and transportation for our trip to Hualien Yilan, and also shared recommendations for delicious food and fun activities there. The room was also quite neat and clean, overall everything was excellent. Definitely recommend!
GGuest UserAs whole, we were very satisfied with accommodation. Most of facilities seemed old, but those were enough for.us compared to other hotels we stayed before. Breakfast was also good. I love cost effctive hotel like this.
