This time I stayed here for a concert. Before I checked in, the host proactively contacted me through the platform to confirm my arrival time. If you can't make it during check-in hours, you can also add them on LINE to arrange a self-check-in. The staff were all very friendly and kind, and the accommodation was super comfortable. I have absolutely no complaints! 👍🏻 The best part was the air conditioning was incredibly powerful – I dried off quickly after coming back all sweaty! 🤣 I really loved it, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The room was fantastic! The bed was super comfy, and the pillows were great too. The bathing area is integrated with the room, but there's a curtain for privacy. The bathtub is huge, easily big enough for two people. The water is all hot spring water, which felt wonderful! We even received a small gift since we stayed during Chinese New Year. It's a truly great hotel!

A great choice for a solo trip. I was assigned a 4-person room, and it was the one furthest inside, away from the common areas, so I wasn't bothered by noise. Though, the other guests were generally quiet anyway. The bed frames are made of metal rods, and I was on the top bunk, so every time I climbed the ladder, the bed would creak. I was afraid to use the restroom at night because getting on and off the bed would disturb my roommates. Each room has a locker for each person that unlocks with a key card, which is great for storing belongings. Snacks are provided daily; I'd grab a 'Wang Wang' cracker every day, but you have to get them in the evening because by the time I woke up late in the morning, they were all gone. There's a water dispenser, which is very convenient for staying hydrated. The restrooms and toilets were very clean, which I really appreciated. Laundry facilities are available; you can buy laundry pods from the staff for 10 TWD, which is very cheap. I did laundry once, and it worked well. On check-out day, they can store your luggage for you. There were male staff members working.

This hostel is located right in the city centre, it is very comfortable and the staff are very friendly, everything is clean and comfortable.

This hostel was so perfect for me as a solo traveler. It is located directly the Taipei City Mall Exit Y13 and the location in general is great with Taipei Main Station just being nearby. Everything was very clean and the equipment in the bathroom was stunning! I slept in the female dorm and our bath was equipped with two hair straighteners, make-up removers, conditioner, body lotion etc… really enjoyed my time there :))

Had a fantastic stay! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. The hotel's location near Taipei Main Station is super convenient, and it's really close to Eslite Bookstore and Zhongshan MRT Station. There are so many amenities right downstairs too, like a convenience store, KFC, breakfast shops, and bubble tea places – just perfect. Inside, the hotel was clean and bright. Highly recommend!

Overall, it was decent. The location is very convenient. My first impression was a little off because the mattress looked a bit old, but after checking, I found it was clean, so it wasn't a huge issue. The mirror above the sink was also a bit too small. For breakfast, I went down a bit late and there was hardly anything left. I hope these points can be improved.

Very clean and tidy. Perfectly insulated from the weather outside. A little far from the Shui-an temple metro station (10+ cross junctions and traffic lights), but there's a bus stop nearby. Take 159, it'll bring u to the Taichung HSR station. Free breakfast (toast and spread and tea) every morning. Lounge, balcony, kitchen and kitchenware are free to use. 5th floor is female dorm, the rest are mixed. 8th floor is the reception and shared chill area.

It's close to Hualien Station, about a 5-minute walk away, but the entrance is not very wide, so be careful. Lockers with keys are available. The staff were friendly and all facilities were clean. There is a common space next to the reception, but it is not face-to-face, so it may be a little difficult to talk to other guests. My bed was a double and spacious, but there was only one power outlet, so I couldn't use the bed lamp and adapter at the same time.

I am not sure whether the hostel is aware of this, but the lady with black hair working as a receptionist is doing a phenomenal job. She treats everyone with great patience, respect, and understanding. She is extremely professional, and even after long work hours she continues helping everyone. She was the main reason I extended my stay, even though the room was more expensive than yesterday. However, she explained clearly why it was a good choice, and I am glad I decided to go with this option.
