SShunshierlehmThe room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent. There was someone to open the door at the main entrance, and they offer a shuttle service to places like the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. Plus, there's a great restaurant right next door – super convenient! A really clever touch was having two hooks to hang washed underwear, which is fantastic! 👍

GGuest UserFantastic find! Right in the heart of local eats and life. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely large room - be mindful sound carries as hardwood flooring throughout so if you have noisy neighbours you hear it. Can store luggage and water dispenser at reception.

EEm KeiThe hotel is very close to the Galaxy which means it is very convenient. You can use free shuttle bus services around the ***** and to the airport and or ports. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The Cotai ***** is within walking distance and there are taxis available as well for transport. Taipa Village is very close by and a great place to visit and taste some local foods. We will for sure return to this hotel.

GGuest UserHappy to get upgraded to a suite. Appreciate the customer service of their staff very much! They were proactive to offer help and reacted fast to solve any problems arise. They would also go an extra step to make their customers satisfied and happy. Overall cleanliness is good. Bed is comfy. Gym room and indoor swimming pool is nice too. The only drawback is the outdoor swimming pool not opened due to construction which we didn’t know ahead. But it was still a very pleasant stay. Big thanks to the staff:)

GGuest UserThis was my second time staying here. The staff at the reception were very nice and friendly. One of them even remembered me because I had a short running outside on a chilly damp cold morning. Beside running around the coloane area again, I and my relatives from Macau had a wonderful dinner at the LG private home restaurant having Thai and Portuguese cuisine. The restaurant decorated in special style, relaxing, and with music. We enjoyed the delicious meal and the good service. Also, happy to meet Lily at the gallery too! Nearby there is Chapel of St Francis Xavier. Spend some time to joint the mass on Sunday morning.You may get more blessings!
