The flat is well located and at close distance to the main train station. Unfortunately, my experience was not good and I feel Queen luxury robbed me! I responded to an email and share my arrival time. more than three hours later When I got there on time 30 min after the allowed check in time , I had to wait for the cleaning lady to finish, 20 mins later. There were lots of hair around (on the floor, in the bathroom, even the bed cover. I had issues with their internet and couldn't access site and complete my work. I requested their help at 10:35 and was promised a technician promptly. I had to use a nearby coffee's Wi-fi. Five hours still nobody! I called again and was told the technician forgot to come by trying and fix the issue. Eventually they did reach out to help but I left the place a day earlier.

The location is very convenient, just on the main street of Liberty opposite the train station, walk for 3-5 minutes. T1 tram to the old town for 2 stops (all buses are free). There is a food supermarket across the road from the apartment until 9:30 pm. There are several restaurants and restaurants in the Paris Square for 3 minutes. The apartment is renovated in an old house. In addition to the narrow and long structure, the kitchen countertop has dropped a few small pieces of skin. The overall decoration is quite new and clean and modern. The heating is sufficient and adjustable. Slightly insufficient: There is one bathroom, all two rooms are like this. This room type is still a jacuzzi, it looks clean but will worry about the hygiene of the nozzle pipe. Especially good: the kitchen facilities are very complete. Especially the plastic box in the last picture provides two laundry detergents, dishwasher blocks and garbage bags. It is really convenient to wash dirty clothes. Overall I feel more comfortable than booking two hotel rooms.
