The staff here are really very nice! We arrived at the hotel at almost 10pm as we were travelling in from Dali, and after checking us in, they brought us to try the Yak Butter Tea (i hope i got it correct) even though it was so late. They were also nice enough to help us carry our heavy luggages to our room, as there's no lift. While the room we booked stated ”Mountain View”, the room we got faced the road outside with definitely no mountain view. So we enquired and was told that all rooms had no moutain view, and had to go to the rooftop (5th floor) to experience it. Nonethless, the view at the rooftop is lovely! And there's several of the staff's pets (i'm guessing) roaming around the rooftop area :) The room itself was huge, beds were huge and comfy as well. There's a voice assistant system in the room as well called ”Xiaobao”. But i guess as we were foreigners and perhaps our accents were different, we could not utilise Xiaobao, which was quite hilarious but thank goodness there's still manual controls in the room. For any housekeeping requests or questions, it's through wechat which was extremely convenient and they are very responsive even in the wee hours of the morning. There's a few smaller convenience stores around the hotel, and saw some bars but sadly did not have enough time to explore. This hotel is not situated at the main road, but it's just a short 3 min walk till there as some of the bigger vehicles may not be able to enter the small lane where the hotel is at (8-9 seater is still possible). Will definitely come and stay here again if I'm ever back in the area!

Excellent location near the north gate for access from taxi. May have to walk abit but all hotels within old Town u gotta walk anyway. Excellent value with huge rooms and additional equipment like dehumidifier, Dyson hair dryer etc. Staff were extremely warm and service oriented, treating us to flower cakes and traditional tea several times a day. Outstanding. Will be back!

We came from Singapore and stayed in this property for 3 nights. This property is situated in heart of Lijiang ancient city. It is walking distance to all the 打卡点。the owners are a few young chaps. They are very friendly and polite. We had tea sessions together during our free time and offered us 鲜花饼 for tasting. They gave us recommendation and suggestions for our itinerary and cautioned us against scams as they are very prevalent in the province. As the road are cobble-stoned, they arranged tricycle to ferry our luggage. The room is traditional chinese style, not very spacious but it had everything we need. Thank you 超超 and your 伙伴们 for making our trip so pleasant.

Stayed here 2 times… Best feature - in the ancient town but near the entrance. So don’t need to drag your luggage through the cobblestone streets. Also quieter at night. Near the South Gate. Restaurant opposite the homestay is awesome! Had a 3 person room the first time, big screen Projector as TV. When we return to stay the 2nd time, messed up our bookings where there wasn’t enough beds…decided to stay in a 2 bed room as we are only staying for the night. Bit of a squeeze. Haha.

We really enjoyed our stay here 😊😊 From when we first check in, the lady and the male receptionist help with both our heavy luggages to the 3rd floor. They are so strong!! When we check out early in the morning, the guy also helped carry our luggages all the way down. Thanks for that. So what can I say... The room - it huge!!! It has everything you need in this room, and I mean everything. We loved the filter water with both hot and cold. Make it so much easier and convenient. They also provide oxygen and humidifier if you ever need it. Then there is the smart toilet, which is so nice and also has auto flush. The water pressure is good and good heating too. Lastly, not to mention the little washing machine, which comes in handy!! Please note, the cleaning lady only do basic top up if you are still staying in the room. But don't be afraid to ask them if you need them to do a full clean. Location - it less than 5 mins walk to the old town, so very convenient. This is great as it is not inside the old town which means car cannot drive in and will be a problem carrying luggages in the old town. Service - excellent. From the people that greet you to the cleaning lady, they are all very friendly and helpful. Also receive a leaving gift when we check out. Overall, I would recommend anyone wanting to stay in this hotel!

The thing to know about this place is the value the three managers bring. You simply could not ask for better suited people. In fact, my experience of Lijiang is largely colored by the incredible warmth, kindness and thoughtfulness of these three beautiful women. I would stay repeatedly. Location is close enough to walk to many attractions. The room was clean enough. Please read the following on balance with the the statements above. This place is not recommended if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke. The smoke is perceived from any room, including the non-smoking rooms, facing the courtyard. However, Lijiang generally is not recommended if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke.

We stayed at 16C, restaurant is downstairs and rooms are upstairs. Room is clean and has all the basic necessities such as hair dryer, slipper, toothbrush. Not sound proof so u can hear other guests talking if they don’t lower their volume. Wuzhen is beautiful but was so crowded on Sunday which “ruined” your mood. I believe better to come on weekday / off season.

the hotel was super beautiful and the room was so clean n white. felt like we were in Mykonos Greece. the staffs were so helpful too, one of them called 小鵩, he was so friendly. There were a lot of surprises from the hotel, like souvenirs, free breakfast n afternoon tea, the big surprise was the free 20 mins photo shooting for us, the photographer called 阿龍 leon was very good and patient, the photos he took were so nice , thank you once again^^ We will definitely recommend our friends n relatives to go to this hotel.

Convenient location, very near to cableway which makes it very preferable to stay at this place. Worth the price, and really helpful staff. It is situated at walking distance from the cableway so when you return back from tianmen mountain, it is very helpful and relaxing to have your hotel just next to the cableway station. And restaurants are very nearby, walkable distance for everything. Also, very close to 72 storey building.

Location was inconvenient especially if you do not drive. The public transport is a bit far from the hotel. Taxi service not available for short distance. We took the taxi from the hotel to Chiayi HSR which cost NT1,200. Guests stayed at the hotel only allowed one visit per stay per person. To fully enjoy all the facilities for both floors, it will take at least 3 hours. The swimming pool was closed for renovation. Breakfast selection was rather disappointing.

The room is incredible amazing, super clean. Located in the great location, close to Metro station, Xintiandi and many shopping malls nearby. I had a lovely stay at Jakotel. I booked for 5 nights and it was one of the best hostel experiences I have ever had. It is not a social hostel but there is a small hangout area on the 2nd floor. The hostel is strategically located in a quiet area of Namba - super close to the subway, kuromon market, and the bustling area of dotonbori. It is also walking distance to many tourist attractions, and there is a laundromat closeby. I'd definitely stay again in the future.

We stayed in attic room for a night, the view is fantastic especially during sunset. This homestay located up the hill but not too far from downtown (5mins walk). What I love most about this place is the hospitality and friendliness of the owner (Nana) and a man (I assume her husband). They were very helpful and generous even though they cannot speak English but we could communicate through translation app.

tea horse guest house is one of the main check points along the trek, and has a viewing deck (with bar) where you can get a cup of coffee and enjoy the views of the mountain. the location is superb, and is the perfect spot to stop at if you are doing a 2D1N hike. sit outside of your room and look at the stars at night. as the area is being developed to accommodate more tourist, you’d notice lots of construction going on… amenities are super basic, soap shampoo is provided in sachets and the en-suite rooms have wet toilets (open shower and toilet without partitions). food here is basic, nothing to shout about. my stir fried vegetables came swimming in oil… which i learnt is just how the people in this area cook their food. you can scribble your signature on the walls floors chairs furniture etc as a momento… but the scribbling was too overwhelming for my liking. consider this location for the heritage (being the middle point of the entire tea horse route)… and for the views. even the shared toilets have a view!

Big, clean rooms with full amenities. Curteous staff. Our room was in Building 2 and the lobby felt old in line with the look of the entire water town. The room, however, was modern, big, clean with full amenities. The bed and pillow was even adjustable for the firmness. The restaurant and lobby of the building where we had breakfast was 5 star quality. The breakfast buffet spread was excellent. Could have also skipped this breakfast for the experience at the morning market. Very enjoyable stay at the hotel. Only 1 thing, it is not worth to pay for the balcony room on the top floor as it opens to a garden and not the river (no view). It may be better to take a normal room on the ground floor by the river. Also have to take own luggage up the stair case if on top floor. Otherwise, excellent.
