Good experience in a local village. Purpose of choosing to stay here is because is near to Disneyland and at the same time we can experience the local village environment. We stay at Building B, there is the same Homestay in walking distance, both the same owner. Staff are very friendly, caring and helpful, well explained of Disneyland informations from what to prepare, how and what to enjoy. The stay include breakfast, 1 way transfer to/from airport and transport to and back from Disneyland. Just few houses away is the local mini market where you can buy some snacks and drinks, and local restaurant too

The room is very neat and clean. The staff at the counter are also very friendly.
It is very suitable for foreign and domestic tourists.
I am from Malaysia. The subway is very convenient. They can also help order takeout. The breakfast food is also rich and delicious.
You can also send goods to the B&B and they will help you sign for them.
Besides, the free bus to and from Disneyland is really cost-effective.
The location is very close to Disneyland, so you don’t have to worry about being late.
The return bus will also wait for everyone to arrive before leaving.

A family-run hotel. It's a long way from the nearest metro station, it's problematic to get there at night. There are no refrigerators in the rooms, despite the fact that it is 40 degrees outside. Overall not bad, we really liked the pool and the abundance of various restaurants around the hotel. Many families came literally just to spend the night. Special thanks to the receptionist who never sleeps.

It's clean everywhere, and the staff of the homestay are very enthusiastic, like returning home. The service attitude is particularly good! It is really well prepared for the friends who come to Disney to play!

We stayed in this hotel because it was close to disneyland and it had a swimming pool, but unfortunately when we arrived there the swimming pool ass very dirty and wasn't able to use it. The rooms were very nice and modern but not clean, we found a cigarette behind the bathroom door, a dirty tissue next to the bath and a dead insect behind the toilet.
The hotel provides a free bus to disneyland and back which is great because it's very difficult to get a taxi and the lady at reception was very helpful and professional.
The swimming must be cleaned for the guest to use or the guest must be notified in advance and the bedrooms must be cleaner

We recently stayed in a village and had a wonderful experience. Our host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to use the kitchen facilities which made our stay feel like home. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that we were located near a river and had the opportunity to use the kayaks, which was a lot of fun. We also explored the nearby park, although we found out that dogs are not allowed inside. Nevertheless, we enjoyed biking around the park with our furry friend. The location of our stay was convenient as we were close to a supermarket with a great selection of food options, and there were some restaurants nearby for takeout. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

The environment, sanitation and service are very good. The housekeeper is very considerate and lent us his blanket to keep warm and windproof in Disneyland. There is a dog in the lobby that is very cute and enthusiastic. The only thing I want to remind everyone is to bring winter pajamas. The room on the third floor closest to the balcony glass door will be a bit cold even if the air conditioner is turned on.

Service: We arrived in Shanghai very late, and the lady asked us when we arrived. We checked in quickly and asked if we needed a shuttle bus and how many people we needed for breakfast. The breakfast was good! The environment is very good with a swimming pool. It should be very comfortable in summer. The sanitation is also very clean. I will bring my friends here next time! !

GGuest UserI went to Disney with my friends and chose this hotel because it had good reviews. It turned out that I made the right choice. I booked a tatami king-size bed room. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The toiletries were also complete. The shampoo and conditioner were imported (the same as what I use at home). The shower water was very large and there was hot water 24 hours a day! Don't worry about the sound insulation, the sound insulation is very good and you can't hear the sound from other rooms!
A pick-up service will be provided. When you check in, just make an appointment with the boss to go to Disney the next day. After watching the fireworks in the evening, I walked around the store with my friends for several laps. It was time to leave the park. The driver waited patiently for us. There was no odor in the car and it was quite clean.
The breakfast variety was also rich, including cream buns, purple potato buns, porridge, etc. The boss also thoughtfully prepared hot brown sugar water hahahaha...
Don't worry, it's also very convenient to order takeout! No need to worry about being hungry~
ps I love their two little dogs so much, Huihui is the older brother named Kexin and Heihei is the younger sister named Kele, the two dogs are so well behaved and cute, even my friend who is afraid of dogs kept praising them for being cute!

Apparently only a 1 way either to Disneyland or from disneyland is available per night of stay.
We stayed for 3 nights so we get 3 trips. But we went to Disneyland for 2 days. So we needed 4 trips. The owner was kind enough to give us a free trip back. If not it will be charged at 25 CNY per trip.
Amenities
We booked the romantic long room. There are 3 types of this room with different names. The room floor area is large but almost 50% is outdoor space.
We could not switch off the lights for the first night as we could not find the switches. It was actually hidden behind one of the bed frames.
The visible switches were not in use.
The smart function of the lighting's covered 50% of the lights and 50% of lights were manual
There is NO HEATING even in winter. It is NORMAL for shanghai.
But the toilets were too much. There was no heated lights no heater in the toilet area. No space to hang clothes. The toilet is not opaque/ no curtains. Strictly meant for couples. No privacy.
The toilet bowl was heated and that was nice. It has a bidet function.
No hand soap at the basin but we brought our own soap so we simply switch out the soap to use as hand soap.
We could not figure out the setting but there might be heating? For the overall room. There was a thermostat that was set at 30 degree Celsius but overall still cold
Some inbuilt furniture looks old and worn out but you won't use it so it is fine.

Hanging area was limited but it has a canopy of sorts so we hanged it around there. So no issues with this

There is a nice and long countertop below the TV which was great for putting stuff

Breakfast was hot and filling. No variety. Same for all 3 days that we were there. 7 to 9am only.

AAnonymous UserI came to the ancient town for a short break on the weekend and found a B&B very close to the ancient town. I didn't go in the right direction at first and went around in a circle. It’s really convenient once you’re familiar with it. It takes a few minutes to walk to Xinchang Ancient Town, which is super lively at night. It is also very close to the two Yi Chi Gardens, and the owner provides free parking spaces. The room is antique, and the aunt who receives her is like an elder in the family. She is very friendly to children. The breakfast is basically what we prepare at home, and it is quite rich. The only thing that can be improved is that the corner of the bed next to the bed in the room is recommended to have anti-collision corners. The child bumped into it several times and it hurt😣

SShreyThis was a great place to stay . Henry contacted me immediately and sent me all the necessary Details . The community is right across from Charlie’s a decent burger place in Shanghai and their alcoholic milkshakes are to die for . So if you’re hungry there’s always a place to eat .
You need to walk a little bit however it wasn’t difficult to find . The apartment was heated and it had ample lighting . Cosy and great for families or a group of friends. You can. Order in delicious food or head out near Jianghan temple to find amazing places to eat . The location is great and easily accessible by public transport . A lot of stuff to do around here. You won’t be bored .
The rooms are spacious , and well lit . Except the tiny room . That has a small window . The kitchen was handy for making light snacks . Would recommend this place to people

SSiaw TengThis homestay looks exactly like in the photo and I mean it. It has everything mentioned (washing machine, fridge, microwave, kettle, 4 slippers, 6 towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, hot water shower, bath wash and shampoo. There is also a dehumidifier. The aircon is only for the first floor and it is very cool. For the second floor, there is a bed with no aircon, but there is standing rotating fan which is sufficient for two ppl to sleep at night. The location is easy to find and it is inside a quiet 'nong tang'. Before you go there (2 days before), you MUST WeChat msg them to ask for the specific address and ways to get there. Their WeChat ID is basically the phone number provided (just search the phone number on WeChat; without '+86' and send friend request to 'Ryan'). Their location is very near a hospital (at first, your taxi driver may drop you off at the hospital, which is okay too. It is walkable distance to the homestay.) Very easy check-in procedure with digital passcode door lock. The place is very clean and white. There is limited space to walk around though, but we are fine with it (4 adults) as the price is already reasonable. They provide 'cloth hangers' for you to hang your clothes after you wash your clothes. They provide dish wash liquid, tissue and some basic kitchen utensils like 4 plates, 4 cups, spoon, chopsticks, knifes, scissors. Do bring your own laundry detergent/powder (they did provide but just in case it ran out). The place is near two hospitals and there are quite a lot of eateries nearby. Tips: We recommend you to set the 'main entrance' as your 'home' on the Alipay Didi so that your Didi will drop you off right at the main entrance.

JJorgeThe place of super comfortable and cozy. It has 2 bathrooms, one inside a bedroom and another outside in the common space. The kitchen is complete for basic need. the bathroom also has a washing machine. the bathroom also has heated fans so you wont be freezing when you get out of the shower. The bathroom floors however are slippery so use the rubber slippers that are provided when taking a shower. Had the best sleep of my life here as the beds are so comfortable. the sofa is so big that it can seat 6-8 people. The big projector is cool though, but didnt have the chance to use it as everything is in chinese and seems like watching here needs to be a paid subscription. Our unit was only located in the ground floor so elders and pregnant women wont have any difficulties.
the area is quiet. There is a ***** nearby where you can dine and drink coffee. there's also a park a few steps away where you can walk, jog and relax. A bit far from the metro, around 600m, but being accompanied by 3 seniors, they didnt seem to mind.
The hosts are very responsive and very helpful.
overall, this is a really great find and i would really book again when i come back to Shanghai

TT.CruiseThe actual location of the unit is not as stated. They have several units around the area. The one I got is about 8min walk to Shaanxinan metro station, which is also a metro-interchange lines 1, 10 and 12. Several malls and eateries are within walking distance. Locating the unit was not straight forward for foreigners as it is situated within their local residential area. This gave us a peek into the life of the locals which is a nice and rich experience.
The unit itself is pretty well kept. It's equipped with TV, kettle, rice cooker, stove, pots and pans, laundry and dryer, heater. It's a loft unit with a king-sized mattress at the loft accompanied with a simple tatami tea-table. The ground level equipped with a sofa and a queen-sized bed.
The toilet is the most challenging part for this unit. As the olden-style doors opened, you will be greeted by a small wash basin, just enough to do the morning wash-up. Moving inwards, it's a shower area with a very very simple shower curtain. Moving further in, will be the WC throne. The throne will be wet when shower.
We are a family of 3 with a teenage boy. Generally we are happy with our 4 night stay there. The price is reasonable.
All communications with the host was via Wechat. They responded to any enquiries very promptly and were very helpful. We were allowed to extend our check-out timing too.

MMinhaI stayed with 4 friends, and it was very comfortable and cozy with 3 bathrooms and 6 rooms. The house is not the most modern, but the view is worth it, it is clean, and the space is very spacious and comfortable. It was a great place for a group trip for men, and I plan to book it again next time I visit Shanghai.
